Spring Hill Middle School is an unsafe/harassment school environment from multiple teachers. The students are aloud to get away with numerous things and their correction is being put into ISAS with a teacher that is verbal abusive to the child and no oversight. There are several stories of the teacher calling them names, cursing at them, and just being on her phone with headphones in. The recent actions the school principal threatening to strip search a child without parental consent shows the lack of care for the child. With information on the child being withdrawn, he was being shown prejudice with limit access that was previously aloud, as well as told that his grades will be affected by the withdraw. This is how my son was treated by teachers and the principal (Sparrow) at Spring Hill Middle School.

As a former student of Spring Hill Middle School, I can say without a doubt it is a terrible environment. Students with learning disabilities are often mistreated, and everything going on there and the way the staff handle it has taken a huge toll on the students mental health, so I would recommend if to enroll your child into a different school if you care about them.

Not great....spent a lot of time having to go for meetings, e-mailing and communicating with teachers on issues and frustrations, and even wound up meeting with the vice-superintendent. This for an honor's student with great academic performance and no behavior issues. I would hate to see what it may be like to deal with a student who struggled.

Brand new school! Great facility with "state of the art" technology. It has attracted top notch educators who not only know their content areas, but they also care about your student. We cannot be more pleased with our daughters experience at this institution.
