I've had a child attending Grayhawk since 2013. We have two years left before my youngest child moves onto middle school and I feel so grateful for the academic, social and emotional foundation my kids have received at Grayhawk. We had a really good experience from the beginning but I would say that this school reached a new level of excellence in the last few years. Our new principal is a very strong leader and our teachers are skilled and caring. There is a strong sense of community at the school in part fostered by a very supportive PTO. Grayhawk has a well-funded STEM program that is headed by a fun and knowledgeable teacher. The kids LOVE it! Grayhawk also has great Specials programs. The Art teacher really helps the kids learn art skills and they feel very proud of what they are able to create. The music teacher is new and enthusiastic and leads an early morning choir program. The music program is well funded with drums and a newly purchased set of bells for a bell choir. The PE teacher has been at Grayhawk for a long time and is loved by the kids. She does interesting game and activities and get them outside often. The extra enrichment is great at Grayhawk. If your child wants to be involved, there are many opportunities including an after school theater program Grayhawk uses Core Knowledge Curriculum. We love it because it is very engaging and really develops whole learning. The teachers have been responsive to any academic concerns I've had about my children. Also, a couple of my kids received speech services at the school. The speech therapist at Grayhawk is awesome.

We are so thankful for our Grayhawk Family! We have been parents at Grayhawk Elementary School for 9 years and have had a phenomenal experience. The teachers are astounding and the staff always goes above and beyond to make our educational experience beneficial for all of us!

Grayhawk is an excellent elementary school. The teachers and staff really care about the students. We have been at Grayhawk for 6 years now, and I have seen tremendous growth in both of my kids. I highly recommend this community and this school!

I have 2 kids at this school. The teachers have always been great, but now we have a FANTASTIC principle and things are firing on all cylinders. This is a GREAT school and I cannot recommend it enough! Give it a try, you will not be disappointed. My kids are learning a ton and they love it.

Grayhawk Elementary has been great for my kids. The teachers are nurturing and supportive. The staff is helpful to the students and families. The Administration, Staff and teachers care about the success of the students and school.Additionally the school is clean and safe. There is an active parent community.

Our daughter started at Grayhawk in Pre-K and is currently finishing out her 3rd grade year. We have absolutely loved our experience there! The school environment is always warm and welcoming - kids being greeted at morning curbside drop-off by the principal and the energetic music he plays, the smiling and helpful front office when you walk into the school, the friendly teachers and faculty as you walk to the library to be a mystery reader for your child's class. The sense of community at the school is incredible! The PTO goes above and beyond to make sure that all families have a chance to be involved throughout the year. You can volunteer to help out at an event, be on an event committee or be a room parent for the year. Or you can just enjoy the events with your family :) They put on so many wonderful events such as Fall Fair, Heroes Luncheon (to honor those who have served or currently serve our country and community), Family Bingo Night, STEAM Night.We also love the volunteer opportunities provided by Grayhawk Gives Back and our Student Council. In the past, we've volunteered with the school at Feed My Starving Children, taken unopened school lunch food to Harvest Compassion, cleaned up litter on the school grounds, collected socks for those in need, and collected holiday gifts and teacher appreciation gifts for another school in our district. They are always looking for opportunities for the kids and families to give back to our community.One unique opportunity that Grayhawk provides is a partnership with Desert Foothills Theater. DFT brings 2 productions to the school each year that the students can participate in. All rehearsals and performances are at the school, making it convenient and accessible to all. Our daughter LOVES this program and can't wait for the next one to begin!We are so fortunate to have found our home at Grayhawk Elementary. We hope you do too!

We love Grayhawk! Our girls have been attending since pre-k and we have loved our experience. The teachers are great! It is a well-rounded curriculum which includes PE, Music, Art and STEM. Band, Strings and Choir are also provided. They have wonderful after school opportunities, as well as Summer Camp. It provides everything we want in an Elementary school.

I have 4 children attending Grayhawk & we all are so happy with this school. This school soars miles above the private school I had my children enrolled in, not only in academics but also in social engagement. This school has a great sense of community in all facets & the learning structure, teachers, faculty/staff are incredible. I feel my children are all honestly cared for.

I'm a parent of 3rd grade student at Grayhawk and my wife and I love this school. Our daughter has attended Grayhawk since pre-K and we have found the faculty and staff to be incredibly caring and supportive. In addition, there is a strong sense of community and a lot of parent/guardian involvement both in and out of the classroom. The other aspect that my wife and I appreciate is the attention to school and campus safety. Our daughter goes to school every day with a smile on her face. We highly recommend Grayhawk Elementary!

Highly recommend this school. The staff is outstanding and works hard to deliver a fantastic education and over all learning experience. The principal supports teachers, parents and most of all the students. Love the outdoor classroom and STEM classes. There is a wonderful sense of community among staff and we feel very supported by each other and administration. I have loved my years here.

Grayhawk is a wonderful school with an amazing staff. I am so impressed with the teachers, principal, support staff and students. They have an incredible STEM program and outdoor classroom which is unique to Grayhawk. My kids love going to school and have learned so much.

My daughter is a student at this school and we have been so happy with everything this school offers. From the moment you walk into the school you feel welcomed into a community. The front office is welcoming and very helpful. The learning opportunities that my child recieves at this school is outstanding. I am amazed with the curriculum, especially Core Knowledge. I have had an opportunity to interact with a lot of teachers at this school and they are very kind, helpful and friendly. This school offers a really wide variety of activties for students not only throughout the school day but also with family involvment nights such as BINGO night, Fall Fair, and STEAM night! We are so thankful for this school and what they have to offer our child!

School is great, we have a new principal who is so on top of things. Teachers are very nice and really want the students to succeed. They treat every child with respect and kindness and in return the students treat each other and the staff with respect. They have an incredible STEM program.

Our youngest is finishing her final year at Grayhawk, and our oldest finished last year. Both had a wonderful elementary school experience, great teachers throughout their time there and made lots of good friends. The leadership past couple years has been great. Friendly, open, environment with lots of great learning opportunities. The All Things EQ leadership program for the 6th graders was very beneficial to both our children. We would recommend this school without question to other families.
