Some of the students are obscene and racist. They ruthlessly call other people names. They are so entitled. Shame on them. It is sad. The school needs to monitor their students, very bad reputations.

Apparently this school's zero bullying tolerance is in print only. Quite the FARCE. There is bullying going on in the classrooms at recess and in the lunchrooms and there are no monitors ever around to see what's going on. From the principal down to the school's counsellor The reviews speak for themselves and they are not good. If parents are looking for a new school to send their kids to be aware the this is not the school. Read the reviews the past and the present ones. One student actually tried cutting herself in front of her classroom and her teacher. Hopefully something will be done before that happens again, but the way things don't seem to happen, it's highly doubtful. The teachers have their pets and ignore the other students who get picked on relentlessly. One a 1 to 10 below minus is where I'd rate them

My daughter started kindergarten here in 2017 and we have been a part of the Copper Ridge community ever since! My son also attends here. We have always been extremely happy with the teachers and staff at this school. The Elementary School is fabulous, and all of the teachers have been caring, kind, and responsive. I feel like the work load and curriculum is appropriate for the age level, most of the kids have other extra-curriculars outside of school and I always feel there is a good balance of work and kid life. The administration has really stepped it up, Principal Walker is on the ball and has really upped the level of academic excellence expected and discipline. All and all we have had a really positive experience at this school. Love the K-8 format, the middle school transition for my daughter was smooth and seamless. I am so grateful for the smaller middle school size, most others in the district are the size of our entire school!Grateful for Copper Ridge and will be sad when we have to move on to high school.

I went to this school back in middle school and it was the worst choice I could’ve ever made. The kids there are all rich snobs and the teachers can’t control the kids at all. I watched as classes would go on (note these are like 50 minute or so classes) focusing on lgbtq and no one would learn anything. Back when I went to this school, I tried so hard to get into honors (note I had gotten a score that would ordinarily put me a grade ahead on those placement tests) and they simply said no. I was put so far behind because of that. The school has such a terrible rating that they have to post on their Instagram asking for kids to review their school with 5 stars. The schools program deserves an f in the first place, and the school lunch is even worse. Pizza in plastic bags, half expired milk/chocolate milk bottles, and everything just leaves you feeling sick after.

We have been attending CRS for the last 3 years and have been very happy with the education my son has received and he is now even above grade level. There team of guidance counselors, psychologists and social workers has help him grow so much socially as well. They have all supported our family so much. The school community is amazing and families are so involved with the school and the campus activities & their PTO is next to none! There staff seem to love their work and it makes for a happy learning environment for kids!

Bullying is a serious problem here. Principal knows about it and refuses to take any action or make any changes.

I feel overall most teachers work to accommodate students with learning disabilities. The school’s administration is excellent in providing support and follow up regarding plans or potential issues.

anuary 27, 2021I can’t say enough good things about this school! I moved here from the south and was a little nervous about my daughter starting school here since there were so many good schools to choose from and I wasn’t sure I was making the right choice. My daughter has attended Cooper Ridge since Kindergarten and we have been so happy we chose to come to this school!! My daughter’s Kindergarden teacher was Ms. Johnson and she was such a sweet Kindergarden teacher and the kids absolutely love her. She is patient with the children and she taught my daughter so much in just one year! My daughter is now in 4th grade at this school and has Ms. Dineff. She is such a great teacher, she runs a tight ship and keeps all the kids on task; I mean you have to at this age. Ms. Dineff keeps the parents up dated with many emails so the parents always know what is going on in the classroom. They use all kinds of technology in the classroom and do so many projects. Ms. Dineff is such a hard worker, we just love her!! The front office staff Barb Leutzinger, Julie Stafford, and Christie Stapleton are very friendly and so helpful! They keep the school so organized! Cooper Ridge has an amazing new principal named Tim Eyerman. The assistant principal Holli Scharf is so friendly and so welcoming to the students! Brooke Corley

We have 3 children, 2 currently attend Copperidge. We have moved a lot over the years and as a result between the 3 kids and moves, we have been to private; parochial elementary and public in other states schools and honestly have never experienced such a good principal and phenomenal teachers. My one child is excelling and the principal and teachers have gone out of their way to ensure he is in the correct standard of classes. My other needs a little more assistance in math and there again her teacher is making sure that she is getting what’s necessary for her to excel. The parent association was extremely helpful and welcoming. Copperidge has the resources to offer advanced classes and help where needed. My kids love riding the bus and having friends in the neighborhood. They are social and happy and the kids have been friendly and welcoming.Don’t be fooled when people tell you academics are higher at other schools & public schools in other states are better. They are not! We were in 2 other highly ranked states and the academics was equal. Teachers are excellent at Copperidge. Copperidge encourages well rounded children. Children have time to do well academically at their level , play sport and Time to be social with their neighborhood school friends. I highly recommend Copperidge and have had some experience...

AWFUL - DONT send your beloved children to this institution. They literally use rap music to educate their students!!! Tons of two faced-ness - cant believe anything that is said by any of the staff or teachers.

Admin lies, two faced, tells you what you want to hear. Too scared of parents to make any meaningful decisions.

There is a reason that they have lost 400 students in the past 3 years! It is easy to blame past administration, but these entitled kids need a “heavy hand” and repercussions for their absolutely UNACCEPTABLE actions! They know that currently there isn’t any and they know that they can get away with absolutely anything that they want! The incoming Kindergarten parents are all looking at different options as they are extremely apprehensive of sending their small children here and into a “lion’s den.” It is clearly an unsafe surrounding for them and they should be VERY concerned for their child’s safety as their faces will be plastered publicly ALL OVER THE INTERNET and most of these students aren’t on “ghost mode” in SnapChat, so anyone and everyone in the entire world will see where they go to school, what times that they are there every single day, etc. VERY Scary, to say the least!!!

We have been so happy at CRS the past 3 years. My daughter loves it, loves her teachers, and friend. She is being challenged academically but in a way that is age appropriate and still allows her to be a kid. We love the balance of things at school.

This is one of the worst schools I have ever encountered. I have a teaching degree, a school counseling degree, and several years of experience in the public school system. I will never work for this district.

We are very happy at Copper Ridge. My son started in Kindergarten and had a wonderful experience. Great communication from the teachers, principle and encouragement of parent involvement at every level. Highly recommend.

My child has attended CRS Kindergarten for the past 7 months in Miss Johnson’s class. My daughter entered the year knowing very little sounds and basic math facts. Now, my daughter is reading at a first-grade level and can count from 0-120. Miss Johnson has been in constant communication with the parents and because of her, my daughter has been able to succeed. It is comforting to see my daughter get in and out of the car with a smile on her face. I am excited to see what else CRS brings my family.

Awful. I would never ever recommend this school to anyone. Worst first experience for us with a kindergartner I could ever have anticipated.

Our experience with Copper Ridge has been excellent. We are in the third quarter of our son's Kindergarten year and couldn't be happier with the school, the curriculum, the staff and his wonderful teacher, Ms. Sacks. His academic development has soared under the caring guidance of his teacher. The class size is small so each child gets plenty of individual attention. I like that the school has a uniform dress code. The kids have so much fun and engagement too with the Book Fair, holiday celebrations and sports events. We look forward to our years ahead at Copper Ridge and highly recommend it!
