My experience in this school has gone amazing. This school is so nice, the only problem I have with it is the bathroom toilets. The teaching at this school is amazing, they make sure to reteach something if you don't understand it. And also, they help you and give you an option to get tutored. Honestly, this school, I had my doubts before coming here but this school is amazing. They are very intimate and give me education. They offer great learning choices, and amazing school lunches. They have very diverse options, which are really needed with all the students in the school, and their taste buds. This school has been treating me with the best hospitality. The Restorative Practices teacher is an amazing helper, such other ones have been following in their footsteps and have been inspiring to all the young student body in this school!

Horrible school, horrible staff & acedemics, horrible extra curriculum activities, & all placed in a terrifying community. The principle who left after the 2013-2014 year is a mochery at her new school & i dont think mont pleasant has even replaced the previous bad principle with a new one yet!!! Come on schenectady can you get anything right?

Mont Pleasant Middle School exceeded all my expectations. The teachers and support staff are extremely dedicated and strive to assure that every child achieves excellence. The principal and team are always there for the students and parents. There is an open door policy for parents and communication is consistently open. My child has been given challenging opportunities and is now preparing to enter the highschool's International Baccalaureate program. It is a huge mistake for a parent to listen only to those who buy into the "bad reputation." You must find out for yourself, and you'll be pleasantly surprised.
