Live Oak Academy teachers are not only passionate and experienced but also deeply committed to their students' growth. They impart knowledge while also guiding students on how to become good and ethical individuals.Even after graduating, my children frequently return to visit their teachers and the principal. The strong bond they share with their educators is a lifelong treasure for my kids.

We have been looking for hybrid university model Christian school with strong academy and like minded friends. So grateful that my children can be part of this wonderful community. It's true that many of the teachers are parents themselves but many of them they are engineers, accountants, artist, pharmacist. Some have master degree in their appropriate field: history, art, and English literature. Last year the math and science teachers of my seven grader were engineer moms. Who can teach and inspire the kids to be excited in that field than the pro themselves. Parent involvement/ volunteer is required

Live Oak Academy is the perfect school for my kids. They have patient and engaging teachers who care about theirs students and foster a positive learning environment. It has a more rigorous curriculum compared to public schools but maintains a manageable workload. The class sizes are smaller so it's easier for students to connect with each other and receive help from their teachers. My kids had a wonderful schooling experience there.

The character formation combined with the classical approach to academics has given extremely good results and a positive experience for 3 of my kids

Our child is thriving and will be well prepared for college. Some peers matriculated to private high schools in the area but we have chosen to stay for the duration of high school. We are very confident with our decison.

So far, it has been a wonderful experience to help support us in out homeschooling journey. I recommend looking at this school and doing your own research to see if it would be a good fit.

I am happy to hear that someone finally spoke up. The recent student’s review pretty mych sums up my wxperience at this school. There is few good things about this school like loving Christian environment. But, if your goal is to shoot for ivy league colleges some credentials (or lack of it) of this school might jeopardize your dream. Do your research before you sign up!

It started good, but turned sour. No clubs, no sports, and no credential. Some of my friends got rejected from respectable college prep schools after getting straight ‘A’s from this school because the school is not accredited and some private high schools and colleges would not accept this schools transcript.

Superb teachers. My daughter has had a high quality education in all the subjects. She tested into high levels in some subjects and grade level in other subjects. The school allowed her to mix her class levels in the different subjects to match her abilities. She thrives on the teacher attention in her small class sizes (min 6, max 12 -- exception beyond 12 must have board approval). She loves the community created by the caring teachers, supportive parents, and enthusiastic students. All the students are respectful to each other, the teachers, and the visiting parents. The school is lead by a wonderful headmaster and organized administrative staff.
