The teachers and principal of this school (2006-2014) are extremely dedicated to making sure your child has a positive experience at learning. They expect your child to perform but at the same time offer a tremendous amount of support and encouragement. Both of my children are attending this school and both are learning Spanish. The parents are very involved and the care and attention this school gets is reflected in the culture and atmosphere to be found at Pacheco. Such a difference from when I was in elementary school!

My eldest child attended Pacheco and is now bilingual and entering San Luis High in Spanish 4. The teachers are extremely dedicated and caring. The principal is hands on and an advocate for the children. I have only praise for the school, teachers and staff.

We love Pacheco Elementary, and feel grateful that our son got a spot in the lottery. He's now in 3rd grade there, and doing so well in all his subjects. I'm confident that his scores from the recent weeks of standardized testing will prove to be as good as they would have been at any of the many excellent schools in SLO -- but at Pacheco he gets the extra benefit and challenge of doing half of his learning in a second language! You can tell that this is a feat that makes him proud.
