My grandson lives with us and completed 6th grade last year at Bishops Peak. He attended since kindergarten. Every teacher, every year was exceptional. Absolutely a great learning experience for him. Now at Laguna Middle school getting straight A's. The groundwork was laid at Bishop's Peak. Thanks to all!

We really think Bishop's Peak is one of the best elementary schools in SLO. The teachers all love what they do and they love the kids. The principal is very aware of what is happening on his campus. He knows all the children by name. The parents all get very involved witch makes for a great community. The school is very excited to have the parents involvement.

We put both my kids through this school and are SO happy for their experience. My kids' school is luckily located in a highly desirable area, San Luis Obispo, CA... (aka by reviews as one of 'the Happiest Places on Earth'). Fortunately for us, this attracts A LOT of people that want to live and work here, meaning that we have A LOT of highly qualified applicants for the local teaching jobs. The results are we get highly inspired, educated,' happy' teachers being pooled in our local education system. The teachers take care and interest in our kids/students. Bishops Peak School exemplifies this along with an extremely interested and invested parent volunteer base. I, and most parents I know, like this. Who wouldn't?. School improvement? Well, we are always hearing about budget cuts, and we all want to know where all the tens of millions from the California Lottery are going instead of Education....So our school would be improved if we actually got the money we are supposed to get so we can expand on our programs like music, art, and providing more computers and basic supplies that our teachers and parents are holding fund raisers for. Bishops Peak truly is a Great School!

The teachers are great and take a vested interest in the students. They go above and beyond to make sure that every child has a the opportunity to learn. The principle is great and takes an interest in the kids, not only at school but does what he can to encourage that they have the support they need at home as well.

Bishops peak has great teachers with a fantastic,caring principal, and parents who are very involved for the benefit of a really smart and motivated group of kids.

Bishop's Peak Elementary is an amazing school. The teachers are wonderful and the principle knows all of the kids by name. It is a great environment for my kids!

We moved from Arroyo Grande to San Luis Obispo at the beginning of the school year. With much anticipation for new school jitters, my daughter has excelled in all areas of the school curriculum. The faculty and PTA support is superb.
