There might have been potential improvements over the past 15 years, However my experience at Vinci Park was a terrible one. My time as a gifted student in the GATE program during 4th and 5th grade at this school was highly disappointing. The GATE section, intended to focus on enhancing "IQ," veered into random subjects in 5th grade, during 4th grade it was more appealing as the club involves puzzles and projects with fellow gifted students. However, 5th grade took an unexpected turn with activities like dancing. My experience included a 5th-grade teacher abandoning our class and a overly strict 4th-grade teacher, leaving me feeling unprepared for middle school.I hope future students won't experience the dissatisfaction I did.

We are counting the days when the school year will end. The school is full of bullies abusing my kids! Nobody cares. Nobody knows or wants to help. I am speechless. Please stay away from this place!

I am so happy with the decision I made of moving my son from private to Vinci park. He has become this whole new person who is confident and fun. It is not just me but everybody around me has noticed and appreciated the change in him. I am very thankful to the school and the staff for the wonderful learning experience my child has. Hands down Vinci park is the best school in San Jose, recommended over private schooling

Our family had to move and unfortunately, our daughter hat to change schools. What a stupid mistake!! In only 2 weeks, we have seen the difference. Vincy park is one of the best schools in San Jose.

This school is good, it needs improvement in communication. The School needs federal money to include more extra activities like PE

Vinci Park is a great school. Every school has its own good areas and its own flaws. The principal puts together many educative assemblies-- plays to show the affects of bullying, to ensure that its students are have a treat occasionally-- and understand what to do and what not to do. It's also the only school that I've known that rewards its students with awards, which are good praise. Schools including some in Cupertino and Fremont rarely do that, but Vinci does. Praise helps students become motivated and I'm sure all the teachers there are trying their hardest to promote the learning skills of every student. I disagree with all the low scores parents have given. We are struggling in hard times, and many parents have to work. Parents have also been doing the best they can to seize the chance to volunteer. But they have work to do too. There are many parents that chaperone the field trips, and many of those who participate in helping the school host events, like the book fair for instance. If your child dislikes the school, then there's probably something interfering with his/her climate-- like bullying. One opinion doesn't determine all others.
