Dear De Anza Parents, I'm so honored to be your new principal. Parents are truly the first teacher in a child's life and I am amazed at the knowledge, wisdom, and support all of you are providing our school family. You have made my first few month's at De Anza extraordinary. I appreciate the Kinder to College T-shirts that PTA purchased and our first movie night the seats were packed with families who would rather be at De Anza than anywhere else. My family and I love the De Anza teachers and staff!!! We moved out of the district five years ago and have transferred in every year since. I have 5 children. My oldest began her journey as a kinder and is now in high school doing incredibly well!I Out of my 5 children I have 2 still in elementary. The PTA is very active and welcoming to any new volunteers. They provide many extra activities for students and families to come together as a De Anza community. The staff and teachers have always made my children feel like school is a second home for them. And my children have all gotten a fabulous education here at De Anza! Our new principal Mrs. Golden is great! She is very approachable and friendly, and truly seems to have the student's safety and education as a top priority! We are planning to continue at De Anza until our youngest advances to middle school! De Anza Tigers Rock!

Great principal, staff and teachers! I originally wanted my child to attend a local charter academy but we didn't get in. We attended this school because it was our designated school. After the first year there I realized how lucky we were to not have gotten into the charter school and we chose to continue on at DeAnza rather than reapply at the charter school.

My kids have been going here for 4 years now and I love this school!! The teachers are amazing the staff is awesome just an all around great school the new principal mrs. Golden is awesome she is all about those kids and their safety such an approachable person! It wasn't until last year that I really started volunteering only because I was new to the area and a little shy but I will say I am so happy that I did the PTA is amazing and has only one focus and that is the kids!!!!

My school is a kinder to college school full of wonderful students and amazing parents! The music program is amazing! The school recently purchased over 70 chromebooks, 45 galaxy tablets, and over 50 IPADS to integrate technology! A school on the rise!

This is out 2nd year here at DeAnza. My oldest loves it and my youngest(4) can't wait to start school next year. The office ladies are so nice and willing to do anything to help you. The Teachers are just AMAZING and Mrs. Golden is so great. She has made our school so much safer and she is working hard to better our school even more. Our school has a great PTA that wants to help our kids and school. I have never seen so many ladies wanting to help the school so much. I am happy to say I joined PTA this year to help out at the school and help our kids. The kids always come first at DeAnza.

My four year old ACTUALLY wants to go to school because this school is awesome. Great teachers. Great mix of dicipline with reward. All the teachers are really on the ball here. The principal Mrs. Golden has really done a wonderful job of making the school a safer and more organized place. I feel proud to have my kids attend this school.

My kids love this school. I have never seen my kids so happy to go to school every day. This year PTA gave all the kids shirt to wear on Friday. My kids were so happy because they did not have a school shirt because we don't have the money to buy them both a shirt this year. The office staff is great and from the teachers I have met are all so nice. I am happy my kids go to De Anza this year. Go DeAnza Tiggers

We have been at De Anza for 2 years now. I have to say that it's a great school. The teachers and staff are wonderful. Principal Golden is amazing. We couldn't have asked for a better new principal this year. We will continue to grow, as that's what every parent should want. I am proud to be a De Anza Tiger!

This is a wonderful elementary school. The school is very safe and the teachers are welcoming and inviting. Overall great curriculum.
