- Submitted by other on August 28, 2016This place used to be the best school in Salinas. It has steadily declined for about the last 6 years. Excellent faculty were fired without cause and unqualified leadership was installed. There is a very small core of faculty and staff who still care and know what they are doing. But the leadership is killing this place. Don't believe me. Just look at enrollment now compared to a decade ago.

We decided to make a switch mid year because the other school he was attending was not meeting his academic needs and had instituted "combo" classes for all grades. We are so happy with Salinas Christian school, they are professional and treat each child as an individual. They truly have the childs education as thier priority. Our son is flourishing at this school and truly enjoys being at school. The children, staff and all he comes in contact with are loving individuals. We would highly recomend this school to you if you are considering a private education for your child in Salinas.
