Wacoochee Elementary School is an awesome place to be! Great staff, great kids, and a great culture led by the principal, Mrs. Good. Wacoochee takes a lot of pride in helping the kids grow mentally, as well as academically throughout their experience. Mental health is atop the list when it comes to priorities for Wacoochee. Calm corners, teaching strategies, along with the therapy dog, Harper, are many of the strategies in place to create a warm, and nurturing culture. A+++ in my book!

This school is sexist, and has a unruly way of treating kids. If they do not like a child they automatically have something out to get them and will make up any accusation to get what they want. They do not have an appropriate way of talking to parents about children. This school should really have a reevaluation on how they perform procedures.

I have had 2 children attend this school. My first child was very advanced and prospered as all advanced children do. This child is very responsible and mature therefore able and effective at handling theirself. My second child is totally opposite, a fun-loving free spirit. They are very kind hearted and eager to please but also easily distracted and very imaginative. This second personality type has not done so well in this school environment. Perhaps being open to the thought that EVERY person is different and cannot fit in the educational box of sociatal normativity. Rules made for an uncompromising, rigid mindset WILL be broken, even if by mistake. Let's work on helping each person grow as an individual instead of trying to fit our children that may be a "square" peg into the round hole that so many believe to be the only "correct" way. 3+6=9,but so does 4+5

I have received zero feedback from this school concerning my child. I have missed numerous activities that have taken place because of this. The teachers don't monitor the students. Teachers just let the kids basically do whatever they want. Please do not send your kids to this school.
