My son is a 2nd generation Glenwood attendee. Glenwood has done nothing but improved since I attended their 23 years ago. My son loves the school, has made a ton of friends. The teachers are wonderful with the students. The school is family oriented. The only downside is the tuition is a little high but not in comparison to other private schools in our area.

My child went to Glenwood from grades 4-12, what a great overall experience. The academics are heads above the public schools, I should know because I teach at a public school. She also participated in extra curricular activities and we found it very rewarding. The teachers are very supportive and truly care about the students. My daughter is now a Nurse Practitioner, and I thank Glenwood and their great teachers for giving her the opportunity to succeed in life.

My child attended until late last year, but we have since moved to another city and my child attends another Christian school. Glenwood has over priced tuition for what they "offer". They don't even tutor in the lower school or have programs within the school for younger children. Extracurricular programs come from outside of the school and that is an extra cost. No diversity, understanding of people of color or what the real world is like. Supports secular ideas (i.e. Halloween, secular music) and is not truly a Christian school. Barely celibates Jesus or practices what He preached. Teachers are nice to your face, but do not teach your children well enough to be sure they have an understanding. Teachers are very dismissive when children come to them about a problem. Just unkind. Headmaster is not approachable and also very rude and judgmental.
