We moved to this district for this school. Maybe the old administration cared but the current administration (2019) could not care less. The principal is too busy to care, the assistants blame the child or the parents and the teachers (majority - there are a few good ones left) do the bare minimum and leave as quickly as possible. I wouldn't send my worst enemies child to this school. We will no longer support or recommend Becky David. The rest of the District might be ok but avoid this school like the plague or watch your vibrant children turn into miserable sheep.

My son is in his last year of school here at BDE, he’s gone here since kindergarten, & we have not one bad thing to say about our experience at this top notch elementary school. The education, the teachers, the administration, the parent involvement, the safety, everything about this school has been perfect. Any minor issues we had were addressed immediately by staff & the outcome was completely satisfactory. We cannot say enough good things about BDE, we just wish it went through 12th grade!

There is no other school I'd want my child to go to. We moved in district because of it.

The staff and teachers are excellent. Both principles are very friendly and go above and beyond. I have never met a more determined and caring group of educators. You can feel right away how much they care about their students at Becky David.

I had twins go through Becky David (they just graduated this year) and I was very pleased with the school. There is a lot of parent involvement, the teachers seem genuinely concerned with the students education and the 2 times I had to call the school about issues on the bus there was immediate action taken. I have no complaints what-so-ever.
