What a disappointment! You can feel racism in the air. People are not welcoming. If you have a different last name/ name or just a not totally white face they will treat you with no respect or consideration. They do not offer any options to enroll students, they just want to limit people from other races to become part of their classes. I do not recommend this school. Racism should be only part of the past.

This school has been absolutely amazing for my 3 kids and I’m grateful we chose this district. We moved here 3 years ago from one of the top districts in the country and I was so nervous… especially since 2 of my kids have an IEP. But every teacher we’ve had so far has exceeded my expectations. Our experience here could not have gone better and I’m thankful every day we chose Timberline Creek.

I am shocked at the reviews I just read. I have not had that experience at all!!!! The teachers at Timberlin Creek care more about their students than their own families, spending extra hours and personal funds on their classroom kids. Timberlin has ranked #1 in the state for math and reading for the last several years. Needless to say that can't happen if teachers are terrible. The statement about second grade teachers is horrible. Why would someone slam a whole grade level when they had a bad experience with one teacher. My experience with my second grade teacher was very positive. She worked hard getting to know my child and what made him tick. I appreciated the time she spent with him.Timberlin is a great school and am happy to have my students there.

Our family just loves Timberlin Creek Elementary! My boys will be in third and fifth grade this school year, and are really looking forward to it. Last year was a very pleasant experience in both second and fourth grade for them. The teachers are always very responsive and caring. The administrative staff is wonderful as well.

Staff turnover is outrageous since Edel took over as principal. So disappointing as there are and we're so many talented educators.

If your child is in second grade I would say stay clear of the new hires, they are rude/unprofessional bullies. The communication among administration is terrible. I have had to call weekly since my sons new teacher started. She has since told children not to be my sons friend because he makes bad choices, and has said he shouldn't come to school if he is experiencing stomach issues (which we have a doctor note for). I called the school and requested a teacher change but I am getting the run around. My son in fifth grade however has wonderful teachers and he is having a great experience. Unfortunately, the good doesn't outweigh the bad and I would say advocate advocate advocate and get a lot of opinions about the 2nd grade teachers before your child starts the school year so you can make sure the placement fits. Absolutely terrible start to our Timberlin experience with my younger son.

This school sucks! My child has been enrolled here for 4 years and if I had my way I would love to take him somewhere better. Timberline is run like a corporate machine where the most important thing is the excessive rules/bureaucracy not the children. About half of the teachers here are rude unprofessional bullies who's egos are much more important to them than what's best for your child. I have 2 other kids enrolled at better professional schools where they are being taught in a professional manner where the focus is on the kids learning where it should be. Timberline creek is a Toxic environment and it starts at the top of the admin and spreads all the way down to about half the people that work there it's sad that some of these disgraceful people are teaching small children. Every unprofessional/extremely rude incident that I've ever encountered with my kids has happened at Timberline creek. This school is a disgrace!

By far the top school in St Johns County Florida! Experience counts and they have Right Stuff!

Good school but had a unfortunate 2nd grade experience with a teacher. Had to spend thousands on tutoring because my child was not keeping up. Teacher didn't help in any way. Moved to a different St Johns County school and child has done wonderful...making A-B honor rolls etc. I think we just had a teacher that didn't want to put the extra effort in.

This school is just wonderful! We've been here for 5 years and both of my sons have had great teachers every year. The administration is wonderful, and the parent involvement is really high.

This school has a safe and positive environment where children are encouraged to be excellent. The best teachers! Our both kids are in the school and we absolutely love it. Excellent academics, very positive environment, various class programs that encourage students creativity. Parents are very much encouraged to volunteer. We feel blessed to be part of this school.
