Great school, we are glad we moved in saddle brook, my daughter love the teachers and environment.

I am really happy that I moved to Saddle Brook (affordable taxes, decent home values). My child attends Smith School. We are happy with the school and the way it is ran. They introduced a secure room in the front of the school. When people come to the school they go into a vault area. Its nice to that the BOE is on top of things. We are happy that the referendum passed because they have big plans for the district.

Smith school has been a wonderful environment for learning. The new principal has brought new ideas to the school. He introduced a drama club to the school. Every month we get a detailed report of where the school is at. The school has become more forth-coming of information. I love the app. Also the before care and after care program is great. Ms Helen is in charge of Smith school and does a really good job. The kids do their homework before they get to play.

I think the teachers don't get too involved in helping kids with some learning desabilities... changing to many classes, waiste lots of time walking from class to class. Need for the teachers to communicate more with parents, specially if they are in resource. need more updates... New principal I don't know yet... but this school is going down from many years ago... other schools in town are much better. need to improve on books and teachers.
