our 3 kids attended in 2015 when the 4k program was new and it was amazing! We left for 1 yr and came back and WOW what a decline. The entire culture seems different! My 1st grader has a teacher that goes months without even looking at the daily communication sheet. She has the kids fill it out....and obviously only checks it once a month to change out the sheet. The kids fill out the sheet wrong so who has a clue what the heck is going on! On top of this, we started looking into a standardized test one of the kids did poorly on....turns out she finished in less time than it takes for the instructions to be given.....who doesn't notice this!!! Sad what has happened to this once awesome place....the principle has changed since our first yr....not sure if that is the problem but its something!

This school has a PHENOMENAL 4K program. Wow. Never in a million years did I imagine that my child would be learning, reading an thriving the way he is in this environment. All teachers, admin and support staff he comes in contact with are so kind and treat us like family. I appreciate all that the amazing teacher and assistant do to ensure my child is happy safe and loving to learn!

It does not seem that the teachers care about the students here. The school does not offer many challenging programs for students. Teachers do not seem to want to help students when they have problems with their work. Very disappointed in this school.

Old Pointe is an excellent school that cares about you child as well as their education. They are a great group of teachers and administration and I am proud to have my children attend!

The administrators and teachers at this school are all heart. The school is a close family that works together to achieve great successes. The state report card shows evidence of great academic gains and other successes. The Arts programs are exceptional, and I feel my child is becoming a well-rounded, educated, successful citizen thanks to the fabulous efforts of the entire school.

Old Pointe is a beautiful school. I am glad my children have had the opportunity to attend. Old Pointe teachers seem to really care about students and are willing to communicate with parents.
