I love Wasena. The small class sizes are a huge advantage. The school is new and beautiful. Kids spend a lot of time outside. Parents have created a school garden and are working on creating outdoor learning games on the blacktop. The playground is brand new and state of the art. Teachers are top-notch and have been at the school for years-there is little turnover. They have a facebook page, class newsletters, and weekly folders to communicate with us. Best kept secret in Roanoke!

Having attended this school and done my internship there I have to say that the quality and cohesion of the faculty make all the difference in the word in the top notch education the students receive. I'd suggest this school to any parent.
