Probably my daughters last year at this horrible school. My daughter has to be at school by 7:30 and her class doesn’t even eat lunch until 12:00.. they get out at 2:30. Half the time my daughter comes home saying they had to stand and wait even longer because the cafeteria ran out of food. So they eat even later. We have been to eat with our daughter in school per invite by the school and they don’t allow you to bring in other foods to eat and they said there’s not enough to feed parents. The portion sizes are also TINY. My child comes home starving after eating just 2 hours prior to being out of school. Not long after that the school announced parents have to sign a NDA if they want to eat with their child. I’m guessing because all of the complaints about not having enough food, and the portion sizes being so small. The office staff is also very rude they act like every parent is a criminal and treat you very poorly. My daughters hands were full and we went in through the office so I could help carry her project in and I also had a question for the teacher and they were very rude and refused me going to the Library to turn the project in which is by the office. I did this last year and there was no problem and no where on any of the paper work at the beginning of the year said a parent could not enter the school. They just said you have to show an ID which I had. Needless to say there seems to be some stuff the school is hiding or not wanting parents to find out about. The super intendant will be getting a phone call/ email. Other parents will know about this as well.

Good education, my son love his teachers & Principal Mr. E. Sexton. And all the staff are very friendly.

We love Daniel Boone! Having come from a private school, where expectations are high, there really is no difference in the education my daughter is receiving. She has had wonderful, caring teachers and I couldn't be happier. My daughter is learning and excelling in her classes.
