Love the staff and parents! have very little to no issues during my daughter's time here and my son continues to return each year! sad to see Mrs. Delise go but hopeful the new principal will do a good job filling her shoes.

Bullying issues , and administrations answer to it is to recommend transferring your student out to a diff school. i spoke with a couple of other parents who had the same issues where admin did nothing .

I have a Kindergarden and 2nd grader attedning this school and I adore the respect and values they teach my children. It supports what i am teaching them at home. The staff show how much they care about the kids education. They have early birds and late birds students which i believe to be effective with kids that may need more time for then others on learning the materials. They are always having family events to attend and enjoy with the school. The most important thing of all is that my kids are learning and developing a good founded structure for thier future.

Since the merge with Riverview this school has gone downhill. My child was at this school since kindergarten and we were happy until a couple years ago. I don't think this school is able to handle double the capacity of students. The teachers truly care about the students and the principal is great, however, there has been little done about bullying issues and there is a lack of one on one assistance with the students. This year was so bad that we decided to move our child in the last year of elementary school. We just had to let go of the friendships built over the last 5 years and move on, which is really sad. The bad outweighed the good. There was a "no talking at lunch" rule implemented this year which is crazy and other parents I have spoke to say they have never experienced something like this in their elementary schools. Your child WILL receive detention for talking in the lunch room...I really hope enough parents have complained about this new rule to have things changed. Please do your research before enrolling your child here.

After we lost Mrs.Cunningham years ago this school has gone downhill. I am surprised about how high my childs grades have gone up since we switched schools

My decision to enroll both of my daughter's into PJS was the best one I could have made!!! This is their 3rd year attending PJS and each year I am even more pleased than the last! There is very little to no bullying going on at this school, the teachers don't seem stressed at all, they're all very nice and great with the kids, the parent's really do get involved by helping out and all of my daughters' assignments/grades/lunch $ account/ school news is updated regularly on the website. I always know whats going on and I know that my girls are safe!
