Awful. Was the most depressing school experience we’ve ever had! Bullying is ridiculous. Staff doesn’t care about students, principal wouldn’t answer emails or calls and we routinely had to contact the superintendent to get anything done. Disgraceful and ridiculous for educators to act like this. We were in Baldwin west.

Academically my child has excelled here, which is wonderful!! Unfortunately, teachers/staff seem to believe they are above others and can behave/speak however they like. Parents position in the community and financial status will definitely impact your child's experience at this school.

There is a lot of pressure higher up and it falls down chers then to the students. If your child has special needs then you are in for a battle at this school to get quality education and fairness concerning your special need child. Beware if ask for assistance of any kind, an 54 or an IEP.

Baldwin is the only school in Quincy for 4-6 grades so it is a very large school. This is a huge asset for the school because it gives kids so many more opportunities with gifted, remedial, music and fine arts programs. The teachers are second to none and kids get to learn from a very young age about how to get along with others from all walks of life.

This is not a very good school. My son was bullied terribly and only had one teacher there who seemed to care. His 6th grade teacher would complain she had no family time because of the class and what she had to grade. The only kids who get help are the loud ones and if your quiet and follow the rules you get ignored.

This is a large school. Class sizes are making it difficult for a teacher to be effective. Teachers are dealing more with discipline than academics.
