The Facilities are amazing, and the location is amazing. Thats the only good thing i can think of. The Yeshiva caters to a very small percentage of boys who actually attend. It is a extremely close-minded yeshiva with no exposure to the regular yeshiva world. they only care about the name of the school. The menahel is an extremely toxic person and the rosh yeshiva expects everyone in his school to be perfect. All he cares about is the image of his yeshiva, nothing more. Hes an extremely unrelatable person and has little clue about what goes on in his yeshiva. The yeshiva is an extremely cold place, with no trips, its very hard to talk to the rebbeim there with few exceptions. The english is a joke. When i came to the yeshiva i expected alot better english from all the hype they made about their secular studies. Their english is like it is in every other school. If you want to do well in this yeshiva you have to be extremely self motivated, without the help of the rebbeim, you also have to be a very do-no-wrong kind of guy, because if you arent thats when the trouble starts. you also have to know how to deal with the menahel and his annoying demeanor. You also have to have a chilled group of friends who you can hang out with when you are feeling down. The rebbeim are also very close minded for the most part. They think all the boys in their shiur never ever used the internet or vaped, etc. If youve ever been there you know thats nonsense. The rebbeim give shmoozen about topics like brachos, or shnayim mikrah, not knowing that there are much more basic problems out there than the minor ones they are discussing. The yeshiva is also known in the area as the "harry factory", producing harrys as opposed to regular mainstream yeshiva buchrim. I would highly not reccomend this yeshiva for 97.3% of people considering it. For those who are reading this and think im joking, im not, im serious. If you dont trust me ask someone who went there.

This yeshiva is a wonderful place to learn both Judaic and Secular studies. The rebbeim are extremely warm and open, and lead the talmidim on a true kosher way of life. English studies are at a higher level and teaches you subjects neccesary for life. The homework load is not too heavy but students do have to work a little.

Higher level of education. This school attempts to combine a vigorous religious program with a equally demanding academic education. For the most part the teachers and rabbeim are amazing. The kids who dorm are amazing, they are accepting and are very mature. The 'lower track' rabbeim are also amazing and some of the warmest people around. The actual building is a gorgeous, brand new multi-million dollar facility. The dorms are beatiful. The location is in the center of the frum Kew Gardens Hills community and is seconds away from all major stores. But the problem is they try to be "Brisk" by day and Harvard at night. This leaves the kids with tons of work and deadlines and hardly any time to complete it all. Kids who dorm receive a better experience in general, but have more demands to meet such as mandatory 'night seder' every night and no time/place to work on academic studies. Normally by the time all work is completed there is no more down time and there is a mandatory lights out in bed. They can't even work by their desks or be walking around their rooms. Also, the tests and quizzes from Judaic and Academic studies are not integrated well and give rise to major conflicts.
