So I used to go to this school until I had to move and I have to say it is like one of the best middle schools I have personal gone to. Like the teachers were very nice except one which was pretty strict but in a good way for us to read and learn. The safety here is very good administration takes care of all problems. I never went to the counselor but I would say they are pretty good school therapists because like I had some friends go to her and she helped them. This school has a bit trouble of people but it is mostly not crowded with disrespectful kids and new students and families can most definitely find someone to become close to at the school. I don't know about special Ed but I saw them sometimes and I have to say they are very good at that job because I saw them take extra care of those specified students. so yea, I would definitely recommend this school! <3

The school has a really bad bullying problem. It is really hard to fit in unless you aren't a certain type of person (ex. nice clothes, expensive stuff, rich, etc. ). You get bullied unless you don't have those things. The academics are pretty good compared to other school. There is competition for those who care about doing good. The administration is not helpful and unreliable. When you first meet them they seem nice but later you on realize that they don't really help or care. They don't do their jobs with motivation. They don't really care about the students well-being and don't do anything about the bullying. It is very clear that there is a lot more going on but they pretend they don't see it. It is obvious they care about looking good from the outside to parents and other schools but when you actually go, you realize there's a lot of bullying or negative things happening and the administration and teachers don't do anything about it. It is a really negative experience unless you are "perfect". Every person I know wants to leave the school. Ot just rots your brain and makes you feel really low about yourself. From my experience at this school, I realized that it is really negative from the bullying, name calling, judging, and high standards. The school looks good from the outside and academics but in reality they're a lot of negative in the inside which the teachers and adminstration know of but they don't deal with because they don't care and are lazy.

This is the first year for my daughter. By the end of this year, she is telling that she likes this school. Teachers are good and supportive. Her progress is good too.

This school has been super helpful to me and I recommend this school because even if it's public it's Amazing for people. I have depression and this school has helped me deal with it Very well and I think that this school is one of the best I've ever seen.

This school is one of the worst schools in Plano, kids fighting everyday, football gear isn’t even that perfect, teachers are way too strict and threats all the time! Don’t recommend this school frl

Terrible. Bullying is a huge problem, teachers are rude. Athletics is basically just another word for torture in this school. Can't say anything about special ed since I'm not in it. Staff doesn't care about your mental health. Kids are really rude. Only good thing I can say is that the lunches are slightly better than most schools, however, its still bad.

This school has a serious bullying problem. Not just with students but teachers. Some of the teachers have literally yelled and screamed at kids in the classes mainly the science teachers. The special needs teachers are very very rude to the kids and also other kids that aren't even in special needs. Most of the teachers are slow and don't care about their jobs. I hope the school can improve in the future but if you are looking to bring your child here I would NOT recommend. Take them to rice.

I love how they work with the parents and child with any problems. I would highly recommend Robinson Middle School to anyone. Mrs DeLeon and Mrs Whitten are exceptional staff who really put the needs of the child first.

Principal Billie-Jean top notch leader, Martine Whitten, counselor, amongst the best I've seen in two decades of of parenting children with special needs. Eric Bear, amazing fun, dedicated science teacher, Mr Prater, social science, passionate about kids education, and the list of great teachers goes on and on and on at this school. However these individual outperformers are being let down by culture and process. Some work needed to improve caring relationship with sensitive kids, not seeing pride in the kids representing the school (e.g. cussing outside the front gates), registration process at the start of the year could easily be improved by utilizing online Texas State Govt immunization records, poor attitude of registrar, etc.

I could say this school is one of the est in Texas and the best in Plano ISD. The teaching/teachers are perfect. Communication to parents on top. Management at their best.

This is a very good school. At first coming from the Midwest, I had my opinions. But really truly, the principal Mrs. Bille Jean is awesome when it comes down to helping you with teachers and parents conversations. The football coach Hughes is the best. Through it all this school was the best choice for my 2 sons. Very sad we left.

have a son who is in Robinson middle school. It is a nice school. One thing I wish to see is that the school initiate to talk parents when it comes to students low educational performance. I didn't see also home works that he could do as a home work.. When I moved from California to TX, I had a better dream for my son. But practically the school is not as I expected. My suggestion is that teachers should give more exercises so that the students can practice more at home. They have plenty of times to do more school work at home. My second suggestion is that teachers / counselors shouldn't have to wait till it is late. They have to act immediately. My son's class exam was good, but his STAR test result was shocking. I did talk to the counselor but I don't get it yet how the discrepancy became so big.

Robinson is a horrible school. The teachers give so much work that you can't have a life outside of their assignments. The cafeteria food is some of the worst I know. The teachers and administrators give ISS for the drop of a hat. If you have to go here, beg to leave!!!
