Don’t investigate stuff like they post to let staff get away with a lot of stuff is sad

I’m in 7th grade, and this school is god awful. The amount of education we gain is very low, students are disrespectful and so the teacher he to constantly tell them to quiet down and we just waist time. The quality is just the worst attribute, staff can hardly do their job, and everything here is so unorganized. And with 3 middle schools merging with Bowman in the 25-26 school year my parents are transferring me to Allen ISD. Don’t come here everyone and everything is a disaster, and just so much more.

This school is currently unacceptable in providing a safe and adequate learning environment for students. I have an 8th grade student who has been there since 6th grade. Six and seventh grade were fine. Administration changed and so did the atmosphere. There are websites of children fighting, several websites. When I brought this to administration after my child was assaulted, they did an "investigation" and found nothing. I went to Plano Police department and they referred me back to the resource officer because it happened on campus. I was told that children will fight. She was attacked and nothing was done. There was a change in so many teachers along with a new principal. I understand this cannot be helped. But it has drastically affected my students experience in orchestra and theater. At this point I'm just trying to get her through the year. I am just grateful that she will not be subjected to Williams High School.

My kid graduated from Bowman Middle School. This school maintains a strong tradition of excellence through intentional, meaningful, and child-centered learning for all students. We really appreciate the principal, counselors and all the teachers. They put a lot of effort to help all the students.

Honestly from my point of view I would say that is bad because the things that I'm being introduced to and the new things that the school is putting upon me to work on daily I'm not being taught properly they're not going over it they just give us a sheet and expect us to just learn it like that and make us copy down something on a paper like we really going to learn it popping down something is not the same as learning it when we go to school we expect to learn but now when kids go to school it's all about drama it's all about what we going to do after school it's all about stress that we are putting upon each other and ourselves because we're worrying about our grades and all this other stuff but we're not really focus on the education it's all about A's and B's and satisfying someone else other than yourself I believe we don't need grades because that's just putting more stress we need to be taught our abilities based upon letters

Bowman Middle School is a unique school. There is an academic climate with a twist. We are a family: administration, faculty, staff, and students. That makes us responsible for each other and no one gets left behind. And that's why everyone shines. We all care. Ex-students return to tell us they miss the family. I have been here 17 years, and there is no place I would rather be than with my Bowman family.

I've had the honor of serving the students, parents, staff, and community members of Bowman Middle for the past fifteen years as a classroom teacher. I can say sincerely that it is a joy and honor to do so. I enjoy the faculty celebrations and the International festival the most.

Bowman is a school tailored to achieve student success through hard working teachers that are available before and after school to work on curriculum and skill gaps. Our teachers plan regularly together in order to incorporate lessons filled with questions and activities that develops independent learners. Our teachers love our students as if they were their own child!

Been volunteering at Bowman for 5 years and have loved every minute of it. The students have earned recognition in all testing areas. Not many schools can say that and now is being recognized as A Texas School to Watch. When you walk through the doors of Bowman, you feel like you are walking into the home of a big family; warm and inviting. The staff and students treat each other with respect. The students are very well mannered and quick to offer assistance when needed. The staff goes above and beyond the call of duty to ensure that each student is receiving the best education possible. Overall it is a very safe and friendly learning environment. The students and the staff are remarkable.

Bowman Middle is on of the best schools I have been to. I known what others see that school as a school not to be in. Well Bowman has changed a LOT. Benign there is like a family that will not let you fall in problems they will give you a hand in the problems you will pass in middle school. Bowman family is like a bond that many family have to not let your dreams pass, they will give you the steps for that goal/dream. Bowman family something that I love and will never forget.

Excellent leadership, teachers, and staff are the driving force that have helped Bowman to improve the overall average. It starts with the person at the top to lead by example thanks to the Principal for making this possible.
