One of the best things about this school is the diversity within the teachers which allows students to be able to connect to different staff. Second grade has some of the best teachers who truly seem to care about education and students themselves.

If you have the freedom to have your child attend a different school I would do that. I’ve had many issues with the office staff , teachers and “disciplinary assistant “ . My child has dealt with issues from both students and school staff and when I bring it up to them they simply sweep it under the rug and recomend my daughter speak to a “school social worker” because they fail to correct the injustices being made by the teachers and the students. They also delete honest reviews that exposes Roadrunner Elementary School on what this school fails to correct . Good thing information for district isn’t hard to find.

I have two students who attend Roadrunner. I feel that my children get their needs met and the teachers are always engaging and understanding. I also like that the teachers answer any questions I have in a timely manner. When students are released, teachers and admin are out helping direct students and traffic, keeping our students safe.

I have had four children attend this school starting in 2007 until 2017 when I pulled my younger 2 out. My son is special needs and not only did Roadrunner’s refuse to offer interventions to help him succeed, they lost him on campus on two separate occasions. The new principal is more worried about her own agenda as opposed to helping each child succeed in her school. Overall you can’t expect much I suppose from a low income, over populated school.

I have two kids at this school. One is gifted and receives gifted services, and the other needs a little more help and receives interventions in the classroom. There are lots of resources to support both of my children and help them to learn in the best way that works for them!
