Currently on our 5th year at Desert view . Staff is amazing, teachers are the best . As a first time parent I have never felt more safe and comfortable leaving my child in the hands of this school. The involvement in our children’s life in and outside of school is incredible. Teachers and staff are always ready to help or answer any questions we have or concerns we have . Honestly a million words can’t explain how thankful I am for this school . I 100% recommend this school to any parent.

Desert View provided a safe, encouraging, diverse, neighborhood school for our child. He flourished here, attending from 3rd-6th, it is a small and caring environment with access to additional services as necessary. It's a hidden jewel, we are so glad we found it.

I have 9 kids and 14 grandchildren. I have put 5 kids through Desert View and my youngest is in 4th grade. I am retired from the military and have had children in schools around the globe and in many cities in the US. Desert View is absolutely head and shoulders above the rest. The staff, teachers, and administrators are here because they love what they do. There is more commitment than any school I have ever been involved in. They all truly care for the kids. Community involvement and partnerships create an environment of small towns, neighborhood schooling in a big city. All my kids that are in and graduated from Desert View came out, loving school with good grades. They have all been successful after leaving Desert View. I give most of all that credit to everyone that works there. I cannot thank them enough and look forward to the two remaining years I have with them.

My experiences have been mostly positive. Anytime that we have had address something otherwise, the staff has been more than willing to do so.

We have had a fantastic experience at Desert View. The staff and teachers have a friendly and warm attitude each day. The class sizes are low.

great school ever,since my daughter enrolled to this school she got a lot of knowledge ,and she loved her teacher Ms.Powell .we moved to chandler and we missed Ms.Powellmy daughter always remember her first teacher,she is her ro-model .

I love Desert View Elementary! they are so great with my child. They care about the kids safety and all of the staff there want your child to succeed in whatever they do. I would want my child in any other elementary school. My daughter starts Kindergarten this next school year and my son will be in second grade. I really appreciate all the hard work that is put in to everything done there!

I have had a child at Desert View for 2 years now. I am very pleased with the results! Recently, there were a few disciplinary issues with my child and a death in the family...the staff at Desert View stepped up and was able to provide counseling to all those involved. I have seen a huge improvement in my child's academics and attitude. The one thing that I feel is lacking, would be sports programs through the school. I get lots of flyers for NYS and other leagues, but nothing through the school.
