Wonderful school! So glad we found it. I have 2 students going there now and they love it. The teachers, principal and aides are all wonderful and really care about kids. They all communicate so well. I feel very welcomed when ever I'm there or go into the office. I would defiantly recommend this school if you are looking for a great learning environment with a great education program and team.

This is a small 1 class per grade country school. They teach growth mindset, toolbox, kindness, and empathy. My children have loved this school and the family that they have created. The active pto helps pay for the garden, drama, and music enrichment programs. The teachers and staff are able to really meet each child that their level so that no one gets left behind and get the children excited about learning. So grateful that we found this amazing school!

I'm disappointed in this school. If you have a child that has special needs, Dunham doesn't have the capabilities to handle this type of situation especially in the T-K class. We waited to meet the child psychologist for 6 weeks and never saw one. At our new school we saw one within 20 minutes of meeting the principal. It's a small school and just doesn't have the ability to help children with special needs.

Dunham is a wonderful example of a small school, nurturing teaching staff and strong community that children thrive in. The outdoor classroom and garden program make Dunham so unique and allow students to explore. One of the few schools that still sees the importance of a PE, Music & Drama incorporated into the school day. The teaching staff provides the much needed support and excitement in learning that make Dunham an exceptional place for children to thrive.

As a Dunham parent that has seen one child graduate and has another attending I've seen much positive change over the past few years. Dunham finally has a progressive Principal that is working to not only improve the campus but updating courses to stay abreast if not ahead of other schools. My child has had an amazing experience in Junior High & its due to the Dunham teachers and the extra resources that were made avail. during their years at Dunham. I cannot say enough about the dedication the teachers have towards its students. Talking with other teachers/parents from other schools I'm reminded of just how lucky we are to be at Dunham. All schools are facing difficult times, Dunham has weathered these better than I could ever have anticipated.

My child just finished at Dunham and for a while I was convinced that a change in schools was necessary. In the past three years, the principal has, in my opinion, turned the school around. Teachers and students have been challenged to grow and students are being challenged to not only learn but to be good community members. Like schools all over, Dunham is being challenged by the economic climate but under this wonderful leadership, the school has looked for new solutions to old problems and is finding ways to meet the needs of the students education in a well rounded manner. One parent's review stated that the new math program was bad. I would like it understood that at least a quarter (and it may have been a third) of the sixth grade class was invited to test into advanced Junior High math program!

I have two kids at Dunham. As with any school teacher experience and methods differ. Overall my children have benefitted from the school's curriculum and rural environment. Parents are very involved. The Math program has changed in the past couple of years and from our experience it is for the better. My children love learning. Although they hate homework, (what kid doesnt) they get very excited when they talk about the things they have learned at Dunham. It is a long commute for us but well worth it.

Dunham may seem great to new parent who had worse, but the school has really dived in the last 3 years. The new math curriculum is so horrible that even the parents don't understand it. The staff has changed a lot in the last 3 years and not for the better.

Dunham is wonderful environment for children to grow and learn. Mrs. Wilding is an amazing principal who is very involved with the students. It is the perfect size for kids to flurish. We have moved a lot and Dunham blows our other schools out of the water.
