Awful... our first year at this school and nothing has been pleasant about it. My kids have been called names by there teachers said they just looked to get in trouble and said my daughter was a ring leader of a group of so called mean girls and she makes others do her dirty work. My son has been told by staff they didn’t care if he was able to get his homework when he was sent to a buddy room because he was being bad. They say my son is very disruptive and disrespectful but he gets A’s and B’s on report card??? A little confused to that if he causes such a commotion in the class how is he able to pay attention to still do the work and receive good grades?? Then he is shamed in front of the whole gym class when his gym teacher calls his a crybaby and everyone laughed at him. Then he tells the principal what happened and all the was said was oh he said that to you. And when I call I get told they ask the teacher and he said he didn’t say that that my son was the problem. Just a horrible school to send your kids to.

My son has been bullied, mob action, came home with scratches all over his chest and has been excluded from everyone of his field trips. My son has been pushed and grabbed by teachers who are supposed to care about their students. This is his second year going through Kindergarten but again I'm being told he's failing in the 3rd quarter, I think they could have said something sooner if they cared, but hey it's district 150 I guess our children don't matter. Sincerely A Parent Who Actually Cares!

I really appreciated how involved the teachers wanted me to be invested they were in my son. However, many of the staff treated me with disrespect no matter how sweet I was to them and even insisted on spelling my son's name wrong all throughout the year even after I showed them his birth certificate! Also, the woman in the office reported my son for inexcused absences on days where he was there, and on days where he was excused! Otherwise, they were very friendly and really begged fire the parents to be involved, which I appreciated a lot.

My son is now in second grade and both the K and First grade teachers were excellent. Very caring and purposeful but also making the students work to achieve their grades. No entitlements. The admin has been very good about positive reinforcement and being disciplined.

Not a good experience for our little one. The staff has been rude throughout the year, both in person and on the phone. The teachers involved were condescending and not helpful.
