My child began here 4 years ago a thriving young bright eyed enthusiastic Christian. She came home an atheist. Thank you Holy Angels!

My son has been in HARS for 2 years in 4th and 5th grade. We have felt welcomed since our first tour of the school. At the beginning of the pandemic, the school adopted a remote learning program almost immediately, much faster than the public school. For the 2020/21 school year HARS has had a full 5 day/week schedule while still taking health precautions. We have not encountered bullying or have heard of any. Instead, we're glad to send my son to a school with a Christian values, a caring staff, and kind students.

As someone who teaches at the college level, there are many things I look for in a school and Holy Angels Regional School in Patchogue meets and exceeds all expectations. It’s why I send my two children there. As far as academics go, Holy Angels has rigorous standards allowing students not only to meet proficiency levels but to exceed proficiency levels. In addition, this is a school that actually teaches civics. From the importance of nationhood to good citizenry, students are taught what makes America a unique and special place. Students are also taught how to critically think and formulate logical conclusions. As our public education system continues to decline, Holy Angels continues to excel. But the school goes far beyond academics. Holy Angels faculty are extremely dedicated to fostering the child’s educational and social development. They are responsive, caring, and encourage their students. They communicate regularly with the parents, particularly in the younger grades, so parents are aware of what the students are learning, and what’s going on in the classroom. The support staff is also extremely responsive, and all staff foster a safe and friendly environment. If you care about your child’s educational and social development, I highly recommend Holy Angels Regional School.

We have two children at Holy Angels the past 5 years and have been very happy! I love the small community feel and how responsive the teachers are. My children aside from receiving a great education are learning about integrity and developing a strong foundation for our Catholic Faith.

My children have been at HARS for two years now. They love going to school and enjoy being there. They beg for aftercare too!! The staff is warm and friendly. Very welcoming. Everyone knows you by your first name, your child & your car! Everyone i did everyone. Small close knit family here at HARS! The teachers are excellent. They go above and beyond. Even during a pandemic, they make learning fun!

We are so happy with our decision to send our son to HARS. He has the most caring teacher and support staff and they have truly gone above and beyond for him. His teacher has truly made such a positive impact on his learning and his self esteem. He loves going to school now!!

THE BEST!!!!!! We enrolled my son into Holy Angels in September 20/21 school year. We would have not survived this year with out the outstanding efforts of the entire faculty and staff!! Huge thank you to Mrs Pagano. (grade 2). Absolutely one of the best there is!!!!My son will be enrolled again for 3rd grade! Thank You so much Holy Angels!!!

We are glad we are done with this school. I think this school will close soon due to having less than 200 students. It is a catholic school in name only.

Negative. We were so disappointed in the school. The enrollment is 200 pre- COVID. The numbers here are wrong. Waste of money. We pray our children will be ok.

The school has a long way to go. They need to focus on differentiated instruction, eliminate Bullying and become different from others, meaning working on the school standing out for origination

A waste of ti.e and money. My daughter loved school before we got here in first grade. She now has anxiety and has fallen behind. I believe most of the previous reviews were written by staff.

This school has a positive learning environment that helps the students create an inviting spirit for their education. The school has an effective learning rate and it has exceeded our expectations. The teachers are dedicated and really care. The education our daughters are receiving is excellent, and we are very blessed to have found this phenomenal faith centered school.
