A school 3 years in a row. Great, caring staff. Low discipline data. More than half of the student body on honor roll.

All three of my children have attended Norwell Middle School. We were "move -ins" from another area of the country 10 years ago, but we were made to feel welcome and like part of the family from the very first day! The teachers at Norwell are outstanding. They love their students and go above and beyond to make certain that every one of them feels safe, loved and accepted. The education our children received at Norwell Middle School was solid and gave them the foundation they needed to find tremendous success both in high school and beyond.

Norwell Middle School is a wonderful school with a place for any student! NMS has a wide range of clubs, both academic and athletic. The teachers try very hard to keep students engaged in learning, but also focus on personal relationships. There are also several related arts options including swimming/CPR skills, physical education, technology, art and more!

I remember being anxious about sending our oldest daughter to middle school, but I had nothing to worry about. I love the way 6th graders are kept separate from the 7th and 8th graders. It makes the transition from elementary school almost seamless. Great staff and administration that really care about their students. We love NMS!

The principal is amazing and all the teachers are caring. It is exciting to see what this community can do and has done for our children.

At the beginning of the school year my son, a sixth grader, had issues with bullying. The vice principal was very quick to put a stop to the bullying. Although it is quite a transition from elementary school to middle school, the teachers have all been very helpful with this transition and my son is excelling in all of his subjects. The teachers, administration, and staff care about the students and take the time to make sure they don't fall through the cracks.
