This school has had an indelible impact on our entire family. All 3 of my children started here at 8 weeks old and the youngest just graduated from the Kindergarten program. The staff truly do love the children as if they are their own. The administration is constantly providing training and education to the staff and always seems to be available if there is a need. This school has helped to shape and teach our children and we will be forever grateful.

Both of our children have attended RLCDC and we love it! It is a true family environment. Our children are happy, and most days don't want to leave they are having so much fun.

The teachers at this school are great & care for the children as they would their own kids. Overall, care & education is very good. However, there is a disconnect between the teachers & information (or lack thereof) that the director communicates to parents. We were notified by the director ** almost 6 weeks after ** a behavior problem started occuring with our child. We were not notified of the problem until the director was ready to kick our child out of school. The miscommunication, unfortunately, continued, with director saying 1 thing & teachers communicating a different message. The school does not seem equipped to handle children that need more firm forms of discipline (i.e., quiet time outs) rather than just trying to reason with the preschool/pre-K aged child. Also, privacy policies have changed at the school without parent notification. In the past, the school had a Spanish language class 1-2 days/week. Parents were informed the program was free. However, after 1st semester ended, we then received a bill for the class for spring semester...several weeks into the spring semester. Had we been properly informed of the policy, we would have chosen differently.
