I had my daughter at this school for 2 weeks, she couldn't adapt and wanted back to her old school. There is good and bad about this school. They do organize lots of fun events, have bus for their field trips and many extra activities after school for kids. What I didn't like is that they are 25 kids in a class and is hard for the teachers to keep up with them, one teacher per class and no assistant. I moved my daughter back to her old school, then I had to accept through Step up money for that school. The principal, Berry, promised to give me back the difference of money( he got $1700 for 2 weeks of school)+for books+registration) and just now after 1 year he makes a check for $230 to us! When we were supposed to get over 600! Greedy man, so be aware!

This is a poor quality school and it's going down fast. There was a MASSIVE EXODUS of students for the school year of 2016-2017..where the school lost more than half of their student body. Teachers aren't experienced...unless you count babysitting at daycares as experience. Teachers don't even have a college degree. If you care about your child's education, avoid this school. There are better schools in the area.

I interviewed several schools before I choose Grace for my children. I found the other private schools put religion first and education second. I believe religion is important but I did not want it to be the main focus. Additionally, I did not feel a connection with any of the other schools. I believe in education, small class sizes and family and that is what Grace is all about. I enjoy hearing what my children learned each day in school and love to hear the excitement in their voice. I also look forward to the daily reports the teachers send home with my children. Even though we are just starting this school year, I am very confident in my choice and look forward to what Grace brings to my children this year!

This school is absolutely terrible. I sent my child there and they have learned nothing. Waste of my money. I would suggest sending your child to a public school or St Brendens.

I love GA. The teachers are incredible, kind fried and seem to love the kids. I do wish there was more extra curricular activities like clubs and sports.

owner/ principal school people find a better school this has no leader ship just all fluff should had left a long time ago what a waste of money and time there are some good teachers but the owner / principal flys by the seat of his pants lots of talk can't walk the walk tells you what you want to here what a fool I was again look for a better run school that has good strong involvement in your area { church run } not owned by a private owner/ principal and yes grace academy's best kept secret his now wife / VP /school counselor/teacher should I say more ?

It looks like the new director added a few of these reviews. There are some great teaches in this school. Some I could do without. However, I would guess I would feel this way at any school. I miss the way the school was. Too much talk and not enough action. Rules are NOT inforced. Wish they would go back to the basics

I recently left the school for economics reasons, before I went to the public school sistem I evaluate my child to see his level, I was very surprised to see that after all this time in Grace Academy he has no idea of anything about Math, I felt that I waist my money and he didn't learn NOTHING!!!! Save the money and find a better school!!!!

This school has become very progressive and energetic with the change in management and we are very satisfied with the modernization of academic, art and sport programs for our children. Thanks for the new curriculum and the opportunity for our kids to excel with specifically individualized programs. Go Grace Academy.

All my children have been attending Grace Academy since they have started school, and it has been a great one for my kids. I like the small class size, academic rigor, discipline and their goal to inculcate good work ethics. With the change of administration , we were unsure , but stayed because the new leader had great visions to make the school even better. We are very impress with the new approach to ensure our children are academically challenge according to their abilities. The school is building a solid foundation for my children, wherever they may go, and whatever they'll become , Grace Academy have a very significant role! Great school for us!

Grace Academy is a very progressive school whose leadership helps our kids prepare to succeed in the world today and in the future. Individualized academic attention is impressive and the administration communicates with the students and parents regularly. The door is always open and the administration is always willing to listen. We love this school.

I am currently a student at Grace Academy, and have been one since the first grade. There have been changes, and changes are hard, especially in a school/business that had been successfully running for 30 years. No school is perfect, but this one was good for me. My knowledge has grown over the years, and it is all thanks to Grace's teachers. I am so thankful that I am able to attend a school where the teachers are focused on developing the students intellect. My experience at Grace has been spectacular. Work was tough sometimes, but in the end, it truly paid off. Our new principal is very encouraging and has plans that will carry the school farther than ever before. There have been some teacher changes, and all I can say is my current teacher is very, very good. This is my last year, and I know that I am prepared to go to wherever life may bring me. This past year I have taken an online math course, and will be taking one again this year. The course was difficult, but I definitely learned a lot and got the best education I can get from it. I know that even though it's hard, it's definitely worth it!

my daughter has been going to Grace Academy since kindergarden. It is STILL a great school. Yes, we have had some changes. Some good. Some not so good. However, all schools have good and not so good. My family is going back next year. We love the school and my daughter has great friends there too. We look forward to another great year and hope too see some of the fun and exciting changes!

I apologize for the stream of consciousness style of my rating. Save your money and send your child somewhere else, you and your child will be much better off. The teachers for the most part are good, but I was surprised to find out that many aren't certified. There is a new principal who has taken over the school who talks a lot of talk, but at the end of the day, not a lot is getting done. With his my way or the high way attitude there was a high staff turn over rate this past school year of great teachers who had worked at Grace for years. The building is old and smells like mildew, the classrooms are cramped and the playground is not adequate. The Spanish classes were cut out completely. No music classes and limited space for the kids to play or have PE class. Teacher directed instruction has diminished in favor of virtual courses in the upper grades. Rules are randomly enforced. Many families who have been at Grace Academy for years are leaving in favor of other private or public schools. Don't drink the kool aid, stay away from this place.
