I graduated from Okmulgee High School 55 years ago. My two children graduated from Okmulgee High School, one in 1998 and one in 2000. OHS has had some really good teachers and administrators over the years and there are still plenty there. A good HS education is available for those interested in obtaining that.

I have had three boys in Okmulgee High School. It is a great school. My middle child did attend another school in a nearby town for his senior year due to a move but we were so excited to be able to move our youngest back to Okmulgee High School. The faculty truly cares for the students.

Okmulgee is a good School System. We are deeply involved in the Education Foundation and the Public School. Okmulgee has concurrent enrollment and OSU IT is in the same city.

my child has moved out of okmulgee schools for her freshman i think that as she has moved from primary to elementary to jr high the school here got worse. so decided to move her i want her to have a better education and not to get in trouble with the laws as other class mates in okmulgee has. when my other children get other and for thier freshman year i plan to move them schools as well. my daughter has madde many improvments already in the second semester at her new school.
