    I love this school. The entire staff is amazing. I couldn't be happier with the curriculum, standards, and respect the have here. Thank you Haines staff for all that you do for our children.

    My son is new to this school as of 2017 and we could not be more pleased with the teachers, administration, and the school as a whole. My son is thriving and couldn't be happier. The teachers nurture each child's differences and this facilitates such a confidence in these kids. I'm proud of this school district and beyond blessed to have my son in such loving and capable hands.Submitted by a parent ·

    I have two children in Haines Elementary, and we absolutely love it. Every teacher my children have had are amazingly patient, caring, and wonderful teachers. Jackie Miller retired as Principal the year my son left Haines, and she was the absolute best! My son had food allergies, and she made me feel completely at ease when he started school there in first grade. The school as well as the district have excellent plans in place for handling food allergies, and our yearly 504 meeting was always productive and accurately enforced. My daughter has struggled with reading and after one year in first grade with Ms. Welch, she is now an excellent reader. The staff are friendly and they love their volunteers. Very warm and caring environment. Wish I could bottle the atmosphere from Haines and keep it with me - love it there!

    Haines Elementary is a family friendly place; our daughter loves going to school. Haines is the best!
