This School is not that good of a school I don't think a kid should go here it okay I guess but I wouldn't go there.

Fantastic and caring staff, wonderful communication and opportunity for involvement. Safe and compassionate school. Strong opportunities for academic excellence, with teacher awareness of capabilities. Strong program for enrichment, and active PTO.

We could not be happier with Lakeview Elementary. We have been there many years now and all of the staff are top notch: caring, compassionate, firm and exactly what you want for children while in elementary school. The principal and office staff are top notch, always helpful and available for questions. The PTO is welcoming and very generous. My children are thriving and love school and we cannot thank Lakeview enough for the great experience!

Lake View is simply a wonderful environment for my children. Before starting their educational journey, I looked at our neighborhood school (Lake View) and private schools. Lake View is a perfect size, the staff are top notch, the principal has been very responsive and the communication for the teachers and the school is exceptional.Five stars, Lake View!

We have had three children attend Lakeview and experienced a variety of teachers over the years. Each of our children are very different, so we appreciated experiencing a variety of teachers and the school scheduling a teacher that supported each child's needs/traits. The principal is involved with the school culture and is clearly proud of the school. She always greets students in the morning. The school secretary is always cheerful and helpful. Overall, we can't say enough good things about Lakeview and our family's experience.

The principal is personable, the teachers have great amounts of experience and many different learning styles. My son is in 1st grade and has been here since kindergarten. It is October and I have already had a parent/teacher conference, book fair and soccer this school year. If a parent wants to be involved at Lakeview there are many opportunities. My son's teacher communicates weekly with me about his week's behavior and is able to be reached multiple ways if I need to contact her. I feel a loyalty to Lakeview and I think much of that comes from the community, welcoming and positive atmosphere at this school.

The atmosphere at Lakeview school is positive and nurturing. The teachers and principal really CARE about the whole child and families who attend this school. Teachers always make themselves available to parents and there are two official parent/teacher conferences a year as well as many opportunities for parents to get involved in the classroom and school (reading with students, monitoring stations, planning events, etc.).

The principal is great when contacted, the teacher we had was nice enough, but didn t know how to handle the class. Referred to her 2nd grade class as becoming 'mob like , CHILDREN! Offers for assistance & parent interactions in the classroom were not welcomed, 'but you can attend the PTA meetings to see where they need help'. There was only 1 parent teacher conference the entire year, and was only at the beginning of the school year. Was told 'Homework is not assigned because the kids that need it don't do it' by the teacher. Lack of expectations only lower standards... Was not pleased with the school at all & have chosen to travel for true education rather than wasting another year with less than satisfactory classroom monitoring & control.
