St. Raymond has been a second home for not only just our children, but our whole family. The community that surrounds us is by far the best benefit! The staff is very on top of every student and making sure they are where they need to be. The athletics is a massive part of our lives and all the coaches are awesome and encouraging! Highly recommend St Raymond to all!

We did not know a single person at St. Raymond when we toured, but we felt a genuinely warm welcome from every person we encountered. Between the tour and the parent information evening, we just had the “feeling” that this was the right fit for our family! Our girls, now preschool and kindergarten, are absolutely flourishing. We adore their loving and dedicated teachers, we love joining in many fun school traditions, and we have met so many people at the various social events. We truly feel at home, and we are so grateful to be a part of this vibrant, welcoming community.

Overall, the experience at SRS is a good one. For sports, all can participate. For clubs, all can participate. SRS doesn't cut kids. The smaller class sizes (most of the time) mean that everyone gets to know everyone. (This is good and bad.) The proof is in the pudding. After graduation, how prepared are they for high school? Are they kind? Are they empathetic? Honestly, the Pre-K program is probably the best part of this school with the biggest numbers. Start with your child there and then decided. You can't go wrong at Westbrook and Lions and Fairview. I heard the principal at Fairview is awesome. Additionally, the community and support from parent is phenomenal. If my child needed a ride, somebody would be able to take him. There really was a sense of trust and caring. Of course, this is not everyone. But that's the nature of humans. Administrators come and go and the devil you don't know may be worse than the devil that you do. However, this principal is never leaving. Unfortunately, the leadership is well, lacking leadership.

My only regret is not transferring to Saint Raymond School sooner. My son had an amazing school year because the entire staff was attentive to his needs. As his confidence grew, his grades improved. This past year he received the best grades ever since starting grade school. The school also made sure we were given extra information about events we did not know about, so that we could participate. It was truly an atmosphere of no child left behind. Having come from another private school, which lacked many resources, Saint Raymond School is exceptional in guiding the level of character and respect in the students attending. I am truly honored to have been a part of an amazing school.

St. Raymond (SRS) is an exceptional school. We transferred here 3 years ago. The teachers were absolutely amazing in making sure their transition year was smooth and comfortable. We transferred to SRS because of it's excellent reputation. St. Raymond offers numerous clubs & activities, weekly mass, small class sizes, and fantastic teachers. SRS also has the unique ability to adapt to all learning levels, which is a rare find. They have a resource center (again with amazing teachers), as well as, accelerated classes "Quest." We are technologically advanced because we have iPad usage in the classrooms along with Smart Boards. The school keeps all parents up to date through 2 apps on your phone. They are "Powerschool" for daily grade updates and "School Rush" for any school information. St. Raymond honestly has it ALL!I asked my kids to tell me their favorite things about SRS, and my daughter said that she has made great friendships, loves the library and the huge cafeteria. My son says that he loves the computer lab, spirit days (out of uniform days), and the awesome science lab (6-8 gr). Our family is so happy that we chose this school! You should too!

We have two students at the school and are very happy with their development. The teachers, under the guidance of a strong leadership team, created an environment that fosters development and builds character. The school has a community atmosphere that is unparalleled.

This is a great school. We have multiple kids at St. Raymond, the oldest of which is in middle school grade now and who started attending as a 3yo preschooler. The thing we like most about the school is the loving sense of community and emphasis that the administration places on developing the core values of Faith, Academic Excellence and Service. When our oldest was in preschool we shopped around local public and private school options, but we are so glad that we chose St. Raymond. It's a perfect fit for our family. Over the past 8 years the school has continued to improve and get better, that from a place which was already a Blue Ribbon award school with a highly engagaed staff. If you are considering St. Raymonds for your child and don't take our word, then set up a visit and see for yourself. You'll be glad you did.

We LOVE St. Raymond School! It is an excellent elementary school, with challenging academics that well prepares students for high school and college. The current principal starts her 4th year and assistant her 2nd! This administration has implemented new literature and math curriculum, advances in technology for both students and faculty, increased instructional minutes, won two grants in the past year and has seen increased enrollment! St. Raymond saw increased scores in 2017 ACT-Aspire standardized test scores, proving their high academic standards. Finally, SRS alumni continue to return to enroll THEIR OWN children at St. Raymond School!! That is the BEST REVIEW!!

Very unimpressive administration. The school has gone through many changes in administration over the last 8 years. They cant get a qualified principle to run the school so the parent pretty much run it.Such a shame. It was a great school 10 years ago and we love the area. I pray that the Archdiocese steps in and fixes things there.

We have had an excellent experience at St. Raymond's overall for the past 10 years as our oldest daughter attended from PS through 8th grade. We currently have a 1st grade student and in a few years our youngest will be attending. The school community is wonderfully supportive, the present leadership caring, effective and great at keeping up with current standards and looking for new ways to do so. The teachers are overall wonderful and great at what they do. We're very happy with our choice.

If you are looking for a sense of community, enrichment and involvement, then St. Raymond is the school for you. At St. Raymond, it's not just about your child going to school and academics, it's much bigger than that. The schools motto is Faith, Academic Excellence and Service. Your child should leave St. Raymond for high school a more caring person with a strong sense of values and compassion for others, and with the foundation and tools they need to be successful in high school and life. Beyond the school day, there are many opportunities for you and your child to get involved -- band, choir, athletics, clubs, service projects, school paper & yearbook, Quiz Bowl, dances, and more. There something for every student and family to get involved with in the school community.

We have 5 children that have all attended or are attending St Raymond. My 2 children that have graduated were very prepared for High School and did very well on placement tests and standardized tests. My children still currently there are given great opportunities to achieve high level learning and explore many other extracurricular interests like Quiz bowl, singing at school masses, the Musical, and many athletic teams. Teachers are caring and principals have what is best for the students character development always first in mind.

Daughters went from P3 - 8th grade. Both were very well prepared for high school both academically and socially. Great teachers, strong sense of community, lots of ways to be involved - athletics, music, church, academic clubs, community.

Great education and great community where people really care about each other and their kids. I've repeatedly heard that St. Raymond's kids are better academically prepared for high school than average.

We love the community experience at St. Raymond. It is a busy school that has a fair amount of students in each grade - not too many, but also not so few that they're isolated when they move on to HS. One of my children has unique special needs (hearing loss) and the teachers have made the best efforts to care, accommodate, go above and beyond. **The parent that reported 7 principals in 10 years is incorrect, if not exaggerating. I've been here in that timeframe as well ... there have been four. First principal followed the pastor that was re-assigned, second one needed to be replaced, third left for family obligations. Love the current principal. She comes from a strong Catholic and public school background and has the ever-changing technology needs at the forefront of her goals.

Was a great school years ago. 7 Principles in the last 10 years and 3 Pastors have left this school without any Leadership to speak of. We had to pull our kids from the school because the teachers were just terrible.

Stay away from this school. My son was being hit and called names by another boy and the school did nothing this boy was attacking my child after school and they still did nothing. My daughter is very art but she missed one point to be in the v accelerated class and now she feels she dumb and refuse to try . This was the new principals fault. We pulled all 4 of our kids out of this school and are much happy at st. James school. Plus there is no gym uniform to buy your kids until they get to junior high. Pick any school but st. Raymonds
