RBS is a really great school to work for. The students are very unique in their own special way. Administrators are very helpful and guide you with any concerns or questions. Teachers teach different subjects from math, ELA, & even social skills. Teachers also take students how into the community weekly. Only downside is I wish they added a gymnasium they need to be active especially if a behavior occurs. Very grateful to work for this school.

This school does not even hire teachers that are special ed certified. Their postings on ideed indicate that you may be "interested" in pursuing a certificate in special ed to apply. Really? Work hands-on with students without being certified. This is why this school is garbage and does not actually help any child make progress and succeed. How awful. They charge the sending district a fortune and a half and won't even hire certified teachers so that they could pay them less. DisGusTing!!!

This school is one of the best schools for children with disabilities. The staff really care about the children and want to help them succeed.

My son has been at this school for a little over a year. When he finally got to Rock Brook he was an angry shattered little boy who had been written off by the school district. He was not talking not learning in the public so we took the district to court and fought for his rights. Now he is not only talking and learning but singing thanks to Rock Brook.

A wonderful school with a staff and administration that really cares about each individual child's needs. So much heart here. And some amazing success stories.
