My 5 year old daughter was being bullied by a boy at Sodt and it took a month for anyone to even do anything! Her "teacher" made her be with her bully while she was terrified! My daugher missed 3 weeks of this reading raffle baskets because her teacher doesnt send her home with the flyer until 3 weeks later so my child missed out because this "teacher" has something against a 5 year old sweet little girl! This so called "teacher" blamed a 5 year old for bringing her the wrong folder to her when that "teacher" put 2 folders in her backpack when there was only supposed to be one! Horrible school! I would NEVER EVER recommend this awful school to anyone! Next year she will not be going to this school where she is not safe & not treated fair like the other students. My 5 year old is terrified of going to that school. How sad! Kindergarten should be fun & exciting for a kid but not for my child! It is very sad and crushes my heart to hear her while waiting for the bus crying and shaking saying shes scared to go and doesnt want to go to school!!! Everybody that I have told about all these issues & them not being taken care of says that "teacher" SHOULD NOT be teaching any kid! FIRED! So many other problems with this school that I cant write all of it!

Great teachers and involvement of the staff.Teachers go above and beyond to ensure your child has a great learning experience. I was impressed how much knowledge my child gained by just attending pre-school last school year.

Sodt. Elementary is the place to be for children to learn. The Teachers and staff are very concerned for students. They go the extra time to help children. Lots of academic extras for children. Parents are very involved at school. The children have great priority and have a drive to be the best they can be!

This is the most compassionate school my children have ever attended. They strive to meet the needs of the whole child. They have connected with the community to feed kids over the weekend. Teachers go the extra mile and the principal goes out of her way to help kids and their family. I love Sodt!
