Overall, it hasn't been a good experience. Every year, for the last 26 days of the school year (1 day for every letter of the alphabet), the school allows too much playtime w/ pajama day, show-and-tell day, towel day, hat day, ice cream day, etc.. If just one hour is taken away from each day for such nonsense, that's at least 26 hours wasted on not teaching/learning. This is not even including the normal recess during lunchtime. The leaders/teachers of this school show no urgency for the kids to catch up with their learning.

This school is amazing for my two children. They have went above and beyond to provide the supports my daughter needs for her disability. The principal, Mr. Nitzel, is able to connect with both parents and students, as well as the staff. My family has been blessed to have such incredible teachers. Mrs. Peterman, for example, spent so much time with my daughter when she was in kindergarten. This was most helpful, as this is when my daughter's disabilities were diagnosed. I cannot speak highly enough of Mrs. Peterman...but there are many others within the school that deserve great praise. There's not enough room to acknowledge them all. Thank you, Thomas Jefferson, for making my children's primary years so wonderful!
