    THE BEST SCHOOL WITH A THE BEST STAFFS AND TEACHERS .

    One of the teachers actually told me told me "it is not my responsibility; it is the responsibility of the student to learn." They would not help my stepson, who was having difficulties after his parents divorced and he had been moved several times. The only thing that is cared about is the MCAS. The teachers who had no interest in helping him in his classwork after school took a sudden interest in having him attend an after-school class on how to take the test.

    Fowler is a terrific school. My son's teachers are committed to his learning and work with him individually to help him learn the material. His math teacher keeps him engaged and interested. The teachers have many professional development days. On the one hand this improves teaching quality. However, these half days of school can be difficult for working parents. Overall, very pleased with Fowler.
