    The students are really rude and swear at other students, and the teachers really don't care

    My son attended Wilson for 7th grade and we were not pleased. The students were tough and prone to conflict. The teachers were burnt out and uninvolved. Members of the community told us many of the teachers had been there for 20+ years and were apathetic and disinterested in teaching...it showed. My daughter requested that she not be sent there and we honored her request. We also took our son out and he's a straight A student now who has great relationships with his teachers and fellow students. MPSD has a lot of improving to do and it's no wonder they rank so low in WI public school rankings.
