Overall a good school. The small school environment works well for some and not for others. My child is doing much better in this setting than they would in a larger high school. There are some issues as far as competitive sports is concerned. There are a few sports where the coaches start players that are NOT the best players on the team, but only start them because of their last name or amount of money they give to the school. So some of the more coachable players and better athletes have to sit the bench and watch the team lose because of this problem. They also will not let parents step up and assist with coaching, even if they've had many years of experience and could greatly assist with improving the teams. (Football, softball, basketball)Seems like a fairly safe school with all that is happening in the world these days. We are kept up to date on our child's progress and what they need to concentrate the most on. Easy to contact the teachers. Some students have an easier time than others feeling included (overall) by their peers and during school activities. This can greatly effect mental health as well.Tuition at this school is getting VERY costly and un-manageable. We have to put every last spare last dollar towards tuition, and sometimes even that isn't enough. However, there is some form of assistance with this. Wish it was more in our case, but better than nothing.Overall, would recommend this school.

My two children got an outstanding education at MLHS and both were accepted at multiple colleges afterword. They cared about the students spiritual, academic, mental, and physical needs. It was well worth the tuition.
