The new principal, Mr Corley is an amazing principal. The staff has always been very helpful. My child enjoys going to school. They have so many different classes for students to choose them as they go up in grade. All of the teachers that I have met have been great and truly want to help the kids succeed. There are also so many groups and clubs for the kids to participate in. They keep parents in the loop and involved. I love going to the Friday night football games and hearing the amazing band.

From the past year of experience here, I’ve witnessed teachers/ paras yell at students. I’ve witnessed a lady teacher or para literally walk on in a classroom that isn’t hers when a substitute was in the middle of talking, and this lady barges in and yells at a boy “shut up!”… when she had no clue what was even going on. Little did she know, someone had asked the substitute if they could turn the big lights out and turn the string lights on in the classroom. She said yes, so the boy went and turned the lights out. That’s when the mean bully employee came in and belittled that poor boy so bad in front of the class and then yelled “shut up!” to him then just left. Not even acknowledging the substitute teacher or even saying hi before barging in and interrupting. Then there’s the Paras…. I could go on and on about these people. Do they absolutely hate there job? Everyday, I wonder why they decided to do this position? Man they are the most miserable looking people I’ve ever encountered. The most straight faced, depressing, zombie looking people to walk the halls. I would I never want them to be a part of my child’s education let alone special needs children! They even try to suck the happy vibes from me but nope they can’t! They wish they could though! I also wonder how on earth were they selected? There had to be a hiring process and interview right? I just can’t seem to make it make sense. “I’m miserable, hate people, hate kids. They’re so annoying…. I think I’ll apply to be a paraprofessional to help special needs kids!” Said no one ever! I’m happy, want to spread kindness, and change the world, and help others and spread smiles and happiness , that’s why I want to teach and that’s the only type of ppl that should choose that position.

In a couple of weeks I will be going back to FHS. I will be entering 10th grade. Not only am I counting down the days to come back, I can't wait to enter the doors on the first day again. This school is by far a 10/10. I wish I could give it an 11/10! All the staff is friendly, and they truly care about each student. The special needs program is amazing, and we have a club called Bulldog Buddies to help them fit in. It's the most popular club we have. FHS has a wide variety of clubs for everyone. I truly love this school. Proud to be a Bulldog!! Class of 2017!
