The principal is dismissive of parental concerns. There seem to be no consequences for children behaving badly, and even violent children are allowed to stay in the classroom jeopardizing the learning and safety of the other pupils. The teaching staff are very nice, but are ineffective at teaching due to the administration and the rules they have to follow.

A neighborhood school with a dedicated teaching staff serving a couple tight knit communities (Orchard Ridge and Meadowood). The neighborhood has a wide mix of income levels and student achievement levels, but this is managed in the classroom by pairing students with other students at the same level, so my child is reading and doing math at a level well beyond grade level, but is still challenged.
