This school year it's been a game for 4th grade students, too many substitutes and on my case one of them grade my kid with an F . The answer I was given by the principal was that they don't have to prove that he deserves that grade (this means that they can cause sadness on a kid because part of the stuff is just there for a pay check not as a professional). My son its been a straight A student and with the new teacher has good grades and she couldn't explain the grade before because on the same subject with her he had scored an A so. Thanks to the new principal for this 2015 worst year on Thurgood Marshall.

I am giving this school 3 stars however I would give 10 stars to two great teachers in particular that are simply outstanding. These teachers are Ms. Fernandez and Ms. Gutierrez. My son attended preschool with Ms. Fernandez and Kindergarten with Ms. Gutierrez both of whom are dedicated to their students education. They both go above and beyond their jobs to teach their students and ensure they learn. With Ms. Gutierrez my son was able to significantly improve his reading skills at first grade level and so have many of her students. She communicates with parents and always provides advice on how to continue to challenge my son at home. The staff at the school is not that good. They always seem overwhelmed and treat people as simply a number. But again, the two teachers mentioned earlier Rock!! Simply a star teacher!
