Horrible experience. Administration and management do not care about the children and do not hire qualified teachers.

Before taking your child to this school do some research!! They sell you the school pretty good and you leave your child believing it is a good school and will be well taken care of. NO, IS NOT!!!! Not enough staff for all the children they have in each classroom, I noticed the teachers yelling at the children who are only 2 or 3. My daughter loved it at first but after a month was terrified when dropping her off. They lied to me about diaper changing. . I had to remove my child from this school. This school is for children with special needs and it's sad that they don't have the correct staff or training to do so. Parents before making a decision please, please do your research and stay with your child or make surprise visits... I did a surprise visit and what I saw was not what I expected or was told it would be like. I don't recommend this school at all!!!!

My daughters have attended Carousel Infant/Toddler center for 16 months. I appreciate the open affection my young children receive at Carousel. The "school" day is well structured so the children and parents feel secure in knowing what is going on during any part of the day. The teachers are great at addressing the children's individual needs, and work closely with the family to see that all parties are satisfied with the care the children receive. I've been amazed at how much my children have learned and progressed in the time they've been at Carousel. I particularly appreciate the language exposure they receive. In addition to English, the children have Spanish, Chinese and American Sign Language exposure multiple times per week. I feel very fortunate to be part of the Carousel family.

I had a daughter attend this place about a year ago. At first glance everyone was very nice and friendly and the director was so eager to have us attend. Student to teacher ratio seemed really good at first but then after picking my daughter up a bit early i realized the ratios were really bad. For all the money I payed I expected more staff members taking care of my child. My child was only 2 1/2 years old and when I picked her up early there was usually one staff taking care of about 10 children together. As mentioned before, Considering all the money I payed, I expected more staff members to take care of my child. The director made a good job in selling the place to me. At the end of the day i realized this place was just a regular old business, charging for everything and offering very poor service. After I realized the lack in staffing, I also realized the director was just an agent selling a product for much more than what it really was. Buyers be ware!!

My 3-yo twins have been going to the Carousel Infant/Toddler daycare since they were about 14 months. We are mostly very pleased with this daycare; the staff is very consistent (most of them have been there more than 5 years) and they are a very caring group of people. My kids like going there and have learned so much. This isn't just a "keep the kids safe while they play" daycare; the days are quite structured and even the youngest kids get instruction in reading, writing, basic skills like dressing and feeding, music, dance and art. It's not a fancy daycare; it doesn't have organic cooking classes and ballet lessons like some of the (very expensive!) other daycares/preschools we looked at. Facilities are basic and I wish there was more of an enticing outdoor space, but the rooms are clean and brightly lit and there are plenty of toys, books, equipment and activities for the kids. The price is really exceptional as well; when I tell friends how much we pay for full-time care, they can't believe it.
