My son Douglas Haines went to West School in Long Beach and completed the second year! When we moved to the Poconos we had a such hard time adjusting to the school and the teachers, as per right is ending the 7th grade, but he can't wait to move back to NY in the middle school.

Horrible at handling bullying!! My child was bullied on and off for a while and the situation was not handled appropriately at all. I can't wait for my child to be done with this school for good.

This is a tough review to give. I am an extremely string student that is very motivated to do well. I have either a 99 or a 100 in all of my classes and additionally participate in many extracurricular activities, such as tennis, baseball, debate team, and math olympiads. While I succeed in this school, I sometimes feel that I am not challenged enough in my classes. I feel that this is a school more dedicated towards the mediocre student, rather than the excellent student. This school is very hard to review, and while I haven't always loved the actual school work, the environment is nurturing and has provided a decent middle school experience.
