I have talked to parents at this school, and we like the positive vibe here. No one had any complaints. The kids like their teachers. Parents like them and the principal. They celebrate attendance. My son likes all the things they get to do at recess, lots of fun choices.

Horrible! Wish my kids had a better experience for those almost 2 years!

The fact that every teacher my child has had looked at his readiness as a positive instead of a reason to let my child fall through the cracks is a blessing very few parents get to witness. Every teacher my child has had since kindergarten always wanted to push my child to the limits they could with the limited resources Harte has. The Teachers are top-notch at Harte, they're always caring and want the best for all the students,5 stars. I did have issues with the old Principal, but newly assigned Principal, Ms.Rodarte seems to have a better plan for the school, so 4 Stars, but most likely be 5 by next year if Ms.Rodarte is allowed to stay. My main gripe with the School is the lack of Parent involvement, most treat the school like a day care and not a school. They get upset when a Teacher wants better for the kids who may have issues keeping up and instead of trying to improve the situation they like to blame the teachers for not being able to make their kids better, it's not all the Teachers people, they spend more time with you than the Teachers so.....yeah figure that one out. Either way Harte is truly a great school and I hope they will be given the extra resources they need.
