This is the worst school my child has ever attend. With that being said the school need to close down, remolded, replace the staff and let all evil spirits out with a prayer.

Not a lot of good teachers here , the good ones are excellent tho . Seems like they stick em all in one area of the school. They have one teacher u can hear screaming to the top of her lungs all the time , mostly for no reason , and acts as if she dares someone to ask her what her problem is. I thought it was an emergency going on till I realized she yelled thru the entire class

I was a student at Panola Way Elementary it was the worst schools I have ever been to. The teachers were okay not the best. They allowed any adult to take a child out the school. I hated Panola Way so much. I would never recommend it to anyone

This is my first year at Panola Way Elementary and it has been a great experience so far, definitely better than my last school. I like the attitude of most of the staff. I like the family spirit cultivated by the leadership there, and I certainly know what a messed up Principal can do to a school. I like the ideas implimented there to foster improvement and success.I wished that more parents can show up for the sake of their kids. I dont get the impression that enough are plugged in. I believe students are feeding off of their parents interest / involvement. I have a front row seat to see how change is done at this school. I cant say I wish I were a teacher because I have seen what they have to deal with each day.Teaching is nice but having to discipline ALL day must hurt!!

School is great I went here when I was younger. About 8-9 yrs old. But, huge but. I got a call yesterday from my 9 yr olds teacher. She was reporting his behavior. I'm 32 with 4 kids. I'm a disciplinarian. Which my kids know. I don't allow disrespectful children or behavior. But this teacher in paticular was kinda' short, rude when she called me. I'm an adult just like she is. Teachers have a difficult job & I feel they should recieve alot more for what their job intails. But please don't call my house again being short & rude with me. She didn't say have a nice day or anything. Just click "ok bye" was her words then I heard the dial tone. Lil more respect please. My job helps keeps you & yours safe. Respect to me & i'll respect you back. Simple concept. Let's do better GOD is watching. That's most important.......................

THE KIDS AT PANOLA ELEMENTARY IS NOT WELL BEHAVED IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD THET LIVE IN. THE PRINCPLE DID RIDE THE BUS TO OBSERVE THE KIDS & HE WAS VERY UPSET. PARENTS YOU NEED TO TEACH YOUR CHILDREN SELF DISCIPLINE. THE SCHOOLS CAN NOT TEACH THE KIDS WHAT THE PARENTS DO NOT AFTER READING THESE COMMENTS I CAN SEE WHY THE TEACHERS ARE CURSING & YELLING, THAT'S WHAT GOES ON IN THE HOME. I CALLED PANOLA WAY ELEMENTARY A COUPLE OF TIMES AND THE WORKERS ARE UNPROFESSIONAL AND WOULD NOT LET ME TALK TO THE PRINCIPAL.

This is the worst school! If I could give 0 stars I would. Just as the reviewer before me said "Panola Way Elementary has a major issue which I believe begins with the staff." is correct. I am one of those parents that just pop up to check on my child and when I walked the hallways I heard teachers verbally abusing children. I mean really cursing at a child and when I walked into my own child's classroom her teacher was telling them they get on her f-ing nerves and shut the f-up! She was doing it so much that she didn't even see me standing there! I complained to the office and was told I was lying on the teacher. Later on my child's teacher started encouraging other children to bully my child with the promise of no homework or money. I found this out when one of the kid's parents came to my house to tell me what was going on. Needless, to say I removed my child from Panola Way and have started homeschooling instead.

Panola Way Elementary has a major issue which I believe begins with the staff. I have never experienced such hostile and lack of professionalism from a member of a school staff which I will be contacting the Board of Education regarding this matter. If this individual was the principal, Panola Way has an unsuccessful future ahead.
