Horrible. Unless you're a teachers kid or friends with the principal you don't fit in.

Tyro is a good school with plenty of dedicated capable teachers however the office staff and principle are unprofessional, inattentive and have poor attitudes to parents. There has been many times I have entered the school and there is no one at the front desk, a real security risk if you ask me. Several of the parents have experienced walking into the office with someone at the desk they look at you as if to say "what do you want". No warm fuzzies here.

Our school is full of people who love being there! The staff continues to grow and use technology so we can have 21st century learners. We have students who come in with an open heart to learn more than just the basic subjects... They are learning to love school. We recognize diversity and welcome experiences that will help is grow. The first day of school we gather around the flagpole together and start our year off the right way... Being thankful and working as a team. This is more than a job to the teachers, it's their passion. Students with physical, mental, and social disabilities are part of our every day, but we only see it was a learning "difference". Children are valued. Learning is evident. And love is shared.
