The kids at this school are horrible, they can't even stay quiet for 1 second. Every time when there is a sub, it ends up being absolutely horrifying. The kids and adults are immature at this school. There are fights every single month (not exaggerating it either). How are kids expected to be safe here when there are kids bullying one another while nothing is being done about it. How can a kid get a good education from such a school that does not do one thing to protect ones that need to be protected. The teachers, (not all of them), do not make this school any better. My kid is in the 6th grade and has a teacher that belittles every kids there that seems to be on a rough start. He comes home with a very bitter attitude and has just now told me why. If you're a teacher whose supposed to teach kids to be there best, why talk down to them in that way? This teacher is horrible. If you even consider going to this school, don't do it. Adults curse in front of kids here. It's disgusting

Worse school ever!! The teachers are not vested in the best interest of the children and it shows. I have been having problems with a bullying teacher since September and I have spoke with the principal multiple times with no results. We are moving our child to private schools in hopes of a better environment and learning experience. It truly saddens me.

I would recommend this school because in 2012 and 2010 it was a horrible school and now in 2022 and 2023 they have improved with learning, behavior, and other things. They have such caring staff and my child got all the learning they needed. My child came too this school with terrible grades and the next year he was on honor roll.

I have had 3 children in this school and my opinion still has not changed. This is the worst school I have ever had my children in. They do not adequately prepare the students for high school. In fact who ever came up with the idea to combine elementary students with middle school students anyway. This exposes our children to things that are not age appropriate. The racial imbalance in the school lacks the diversity that the children need to have acceptance for other races and cultures. So the small portion of students who are different endure a lot of bullying and mistreatment by the other students. There are a few good teachers at this school, I could count them on one hand. My youngest child came into this school on honor roll and after the first year of this school he has fallen to barely passing , his self esteem has been destroyed, by teachers and other students. He has constantly been bullied since second grade, he is now in the fifth graded. The teachers do very little about it. I strongly recommend sending your child to a private school, they will not get a quality education here. The leap and ILeap scores speak for themselves.

i am very displeased with the overall school. my child hasn't accomplished anything since coming here last year. i would advise more principal and teacher interaction and involvment.
